The home and property were in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were perfect for a couple, with or without a small child. We were staying at this location during hurricane Lala. We lost power for about 14 hours, but Gail and Jordan were there to make sure we had lighting and a 2 burner camp stove to use while the power was out. They were very nice and we enjoyed spending some time with them. We were well taken care of. The only thing that we missed was having an umbrella or patio cover on the deck to protect us from the sun, or during the brief on and off showers while we enjoyed the wonderful view of the beach. We recommend this staying here when in Maui.

Gail, Jordan and the Cottage are full of aloha. The Cottage is so well stocked it seemed as if we were house sitting. Add in great wave sounds, sights and a lovely locals beach across the road and you have a home away from home on Maui.

Woke up each morning looking out at the ocean. Lot's of equipment from boogie boards and snorkels to beach chairs, cooler and backpack. Not to mention the ground coffee and breakfast sandwiches for when we got up. Really enjoyed the week - thanks Gail!

Our vacation destination

The convenience, the communication with the owners, The little extra touches, and the ease of access and accommodations were superb. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Gail’s house for two weeks. She has thought of everything to make you feel welcomed. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We spent at lot of time on the deck watching whales, surfers, cruise ships passing, stars and the moon. There is plenty to do close by. My favorites were Iao Needle and the beach down by the golf course. We also rented Jordan’s car which was a real savings for us. We hope to return next January.

Great Maui cottage

Gail our host was amazing so helpful and accommodating. The place was perfect away from all the tourists but close enough to all the sites.

A wonderful place for a Maui stay and great hosts!

Falling asleep and waking up each day to the sight and sound of the ocean is one of the highlights of this property. Nicely set up and located, we’d come back again!

Phenomenal cottage and Phenomenal hosts

It is an amazing property. It’s combines views amenities privacy and above all the hosts are the most accommodating helpful, knowledgeable and out great human beings.

Perfect Maui location

Perfect location, central to just about everything! Gail and Jordan were super nice and helpful from first inquiry all the way through to our departure. Highly recommend this Maui Beach Cottage.

Cottage in Paradise

Wonderful little cottage with all the amenities and more to make it a comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Host is responsive and friendly.

Great spot.

Very enjoyable getaway. Gail and Jordan are very friendly and the place is across the road from a surfer’s beach. A short drive to the grocery stores.

Excellent location for exploring.

Excellent location if you don’t mind driving. Watching the surfers while having coffee in the mornings or drinks in the afternoon is a delight. Host are most helpful.

Yes, driving is part of the deal anywhere on the island as there are such beautiful special places all over the island. Lucky we don't have the traffic issues here like other areas -- Jordan and I got stuck in Lahaina for over three hours last week because of a fire over there and finally gave up, turned around and came home. Winters are even more fun from the deck -- bigger surf plus whales not far outside the surfers. Hope to see you back. Go Blue!

Paradise on Maui

Stayed for a week for our honeymoon. Very private. Everything you could want has been provided including warm coats and hats, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Very gracious hosts who also rented us their car

Wake up on the water

Gail and Jordan’s cottage was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean view while taking in the sun and breeze. They provided so many helpful items like beach towels and chairs that we didn’t have to travel with. They had helpful advice and tips, were very responsive and friendly hosts and we’d stay there again.

Great Week on Maui

The owners are incredible at communicating with you and accommodating any of your needs throughout the reservation process and during your stay. They are so very kind and really want their guests to have a great time. We loved the view, quiet house, and air conditioning for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Ocean front view

Great setup! Very good location for seeing all of Maui. Very well equipped. Owner very helpful. Unobstructed view of sunrise over the Pacific.

Quiet retreat with roaring surfs and all the comforts of home!

We enjoyed 3 days at this comfortable cottage. It was well outfitted with lots of helpful hints from the host. The location was convenient for day trips but it was also a perfect spot for a quiet rest with easy access to beach. We hope to return! Margo and Dave, Ont. Can.

Great beachfront

This cottage is in a residential neighborhood and right across the street from the beach. Gail and Jordan, the owners are very communicative and helpful. The cottage itself is peaceful, well appointed and the listing is accurate. This is a great place to stay if you’re into surfing or wind sports and want to be off the beaten path of the main tourist areas. Recommended!
