Each bedroom has its own private balcony. Just steps to the first pool and tennis courts and a very short walk to the beach. Townhome is located in the beautiful Barrier Dunes community on beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida. Perfect Escape

Our trip was absolutely seamless thanks to the host, Jodi! She was excellent in communicating from the time we booked her unit. The location was fantastic, right next to one of the pools, as well as a short walk to the beach. The home was stocked with everything you could need. It was super clean, you could even smell the freshly washed sheets/linens. There was an ample supply of towels for the family. We love Barrier Dunes and will absolutely come back to this unit! Thank you, Jodi, for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My husband and I stayed for a week for our anniversary. We loved the place and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. Everything was as described in the listing and Jodi was great to work with. I would love to stay again if the chance arises!

Perfect Location

The condo was super clean, very modern, had all of the immunities. The beds were super comfy. The location on the property was perfect for us. Jodi was so awesome. She was very responsive and helpful. Already looking to book for next year!!

All the conveniences

We loved staying at #582672! We loved having the master bedroom on a separate floor from our teenager (and she loved having her own space too), and it was perfect having the laundry room right there with us, next to our bathroom. It made for easy transitioning the day's beachwear to the washing machine when we took our showers. It would have been nice to have more than a roll of toilet paper and one dishwasher pellet to start with, since it poured down rain our first night and we couldn't get to the grocery right away. Other than that, we had every accommodation we needed (including beach chairs, umbrellas and even reading materials for the beach (since I'd forgotten to bring my book)! Jody was responsive and as nice as she could be. We would definitely return to this spot! Thank you!

Cape San Blas Stay

Very nice condo, comfortable beds, easy walk to pools, beach and tennis court areas! Access for use of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach items if needed! Very relaxing!

Fantastic Stay on Cape San Blas!

Fantastic experience at Jodi’s condo! The unit is clean, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach. Jodi was a great host and extremely responsive throughout the process. From the beach to the two pools, everything in this gated community was first class. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful property

Really enjoyed this property. It was very well maintained and stocked. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The pools were great and really close to the property. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

This property was amazing. Jodi is a super host who promptly answered any questions or concerns we had. Loved the decor of the property very tastefully decorated. It was a good location to the heated pool and also a nice short walk to beach. Had never stayed at Barrier Dunes and will definitely do so again. It was a great two month get away from Cold and Snow in Minnesota. Thanks Jodi

Great condo!

This was our third year in a row staying at this condo. It's always clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We love coming to the cape and will hopefully be able to book this place again next year.

Relaxing and Comfortable

The condo was nicely furnished, kitchen was well supplied and location in community was quiet and accessible to the beach. Cape San Blas is a perfect spot to completely get away and relax- beautiful, quiet beach and location. Vacationers were young families, families with teenagers, a few couples and empty nesters like us, The common variable is people wanting to enjoy the beach and solitude.

Forgotten coast is very memorable!

Great place! We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities of the property. The chairs and umbrellas were a great touch! The kitchen was well equipped!

Great location to “Get Away”

If you’re looking to get away for some peace and quiet book this place. Very short walk to the beach. Same sand, same Gulf as Destin and PC without the crowds.

Perfect place for us.

My family really enjoyed this place. Perfect for the 4 of us. Very nicely decorated with new flooring and furniture. Even closer to the pool than it looked on the map and a very easy, quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect honeymoon

This townhome/condo was a wonderful place for a perfect honeymoon. Easy to cook in, gas grill, fantastic places nearby (check out Skully’s!). Two nice porches we really enjoyed, and an easy walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets, friendly folks, and St. Joseph state park around the corner. Bring fishing poles!!
