Great location and comfortable condo.

We had a great time on our vacation. We were right next to community pool and tennis courts, and a very short walk to the gulf. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for a family of four

Wish the walk to the beach was a little shorter, but we had a great time anyway! Having the Jurassic Jeep was awesome! We enjoyed our stay.

Escaped to the Cape

We had a great time on our vacation. The extra amenities (bikes, paddle board, and jeep) really helped us to have a great time. Communication was great and we look forward to returning

Barrier Dunes Ken's

Wonder Condo had everything you need and want location is awsome. Plenty to do: Bikes canoo lifevests jeep and lovey deck with barbeque. Hands down best place to stay.

Everything was perfect! Just as the listing describes!

Emerald Breeze

This was our second year staying here and just as the first it was great! The house was very clean, check in process seamless, and of course Ken was as accommodating and hospitable as possible! CSB is our new vacation spot and we will definitely be back next year and will stay at Emerald Breeze again!

Fabulous week on the Cape

We had a great time at Barrier Dunes - very family friendly. Ken is great to work with, quick to respond to questions. This was the second time staying in this condo and we hope to stay here again next year.

Great location and amenities

This was our first time to Cape San Blas but it will not be our last. This condo had wonderful amenities and we loved being so close to the ocean and pool. Ken was very responsive to questions and the place really felt at home. Thanks!

We always have a great time at emerald breeze! He has everything you may need. It is so nice not to have to crate all our own beach stuff traveling. We love coming to the cape!

Our 2nd time to the cape and better than we remembered!!!!

Our 2nd time to the cake and it was better than we remembered! All beach supplies were already there for us! We spent every morning at the beach and the some evening at the national park at the end of the cape searching for seashells. We even did a fire on the beach one night it was very relaxing even with 3 younger kids! Perfect vacation spot and we look forward to going back!

Amazing condo and location

I can't say enough good things about this unit. You will absolutely need anything once you get to the beach. The owners have thought of everything so not only do you get to stay in a squeaky clean condo, you have every single thing you could think of!

Fun in the sun

The house was exactly as described. Had everything you needed and more. Very close proximity to the beach. The beach was never busy and is now on our list of favorite beaches. Kayaking in the bay is a must do. We would recommend eating at Sand Dollar Cafe. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. We will be visiting again.

Fall Break 2020

Ken was wonderful and communicated everything! We love this place! It has everything imaginable to make the Cape experience even better. From dishes/spices to boogie boards/kayaks/paddle board and even a Jeep to drive! Better than 5 stars Thanks for a great Fall Break, Ken and Family We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent!! We were very happy with our first experience at St. Joes beach!

Ken was great to work with. He answered all questions we had going into the trip. Also the beach chairs, toys, coolers, umbrellas, and cart to carry things to the beach were a huge help. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the beaches and the free passes to the state park. It was the perfect getaway for us. We will defiantly come again!

The beautiful cape💜

We had such a wonderful relaxing time at Emerald Breeze. Ken was very accommodating and easy to work with. The convenience of the condo and all the stuff it comes with was much appreciated as we drove from Ohio with our three small children. The heated pool is literally out the front door step, the pond out back was a favorite for our family as they fed the turtles every morning. The beach is a very short walk as we went multiple times a day, fires on the beach were priceless. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for sharing your home with us, love the Taylor’s!

We had an amazing time!

Everything was perfect! Anything and everything imaginable was available for use! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board in the bay. We brought our boat. The boat parking and state park pass was great. I absolutely loved the convenient beach access and went for walks every day. One day the kids and I walked back from state park on beach. Your townhome is beautiful and spacious. Thank you for your hospitality. Ken could not have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

All you need for a great beach vacation!!!

Great experience, from start to finish! We reserved at the last minute and were rushed getting packed for our trip, but this house has plenty of beach towels and everything you need without having to bring much. The place was spotless and comfortable, easy to just relax and be on vacation as soon as we walked in. The beach is beautiful and Barrier Dunes is such a friendly and well-kept community. There was quite a bit of repair work being done from the hurricane but it was pretty unobtrusive and didn't disturb us at all. This was our favorite of all the places we've stayed at with VRBO, and the use of the kayaks, bikes, Jeep and park pass just put it way over the top! Definitely recommend this rental!

Cape San Blas

We had a wonderful time! Anytime we needed something Ken responded right away and took care of it. The condo was very spacious and beds were super comfortable. Kitchen well maintained and had everything and more of what we needed. Turtles galore in the pond out back which was so fun to feed and watch. Ocean was a short walk. Beautiful white sand and so many nice people. Pool was right in front of condo. My intention was to use Kayaks and paddle boards but they were just to heavy and didn’t know how to travel safely with them. It was also a little too windy anyways . That was my only disappointment. Otherwise, we had a great time!
