Saybrook Point Cottage - Charming and Private

Charming, one bedroom cottage is located on historic Saybrook Point where the Connecticut River meets Long Island Sound. This fully furnished, very comfortable house with rustic yet refined decor features one bedroom, one bath, living room, and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. It also has SmartTV, Wifi, and air conditioning. We provide linens and towels for you!

At the Saybrook Point Cottage, we are the business of hospitality. In addition to our strict housekeeping protocols, we also offer Contactless Check In/Check Out. Rest assured that we are doing everything, and then some, to ensure the health and safety of all our guests and to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

Situated on a quiet street that ends at Saybrook's South Cove, there are sliding glass doors that open onto a beautifully landscaped, private park-like lawn. There is no swimming in South Cove, so it's just a five minute drive to the sandy Town Beach. The bright and airy guest house is ideal for singles or couples looking for relaxation and adventures.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: TWO PERSONS.

PET FRIENDLY- Bring your pets!! Please note the property is not fenced in.

Sometimes you need a quick change of scenery to break the cycle!

Located less than a two hour drive from mid-town Manhattan and Boston, there is also an Amtrak stop in town.

This cute, cozy, comfortable cottage fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, and we appreciated the full kitchen. A beautiful yard, a quiet location, close to town. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Saybrook is a beautiful small seaside town. It has grown a lot since I lived there as a child. Very positive growth, lots of restaurants and stores. But it still has that small town vibe. Lots to do and see there. The cottage is near Saybrook point and is very private. It’s small but comfy. More than two people would be a crowd. One regular size double bed. Full kitchen. Nice private deck. Hosts are awesome, very responsive. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Al’s cozy and quaint cottage. It is located near the marina so we took daily walks from our spot to the golf course across the bridge. We enjoyed quiet mornings reading and journaling and daily adventures in the area and dining at special restaurants. It was perfect! Thanks Al!Ps. If you are very tall, the cottage may not be for you. The shower was not very big and the bed was a full size.

Cute, comfortable cottage a short walk from the cove. Birdwatcher's paradise! The hosts were excellent communicators (there was a slight problem and they had it worked out within a hour, and followed up with me afterwards). Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week at this cozy cottage. It had everything we needed. And the hosts were incredibly welcoming, full of helpful information about places to bicycle and restaurants to try. We will look forward to coming back to this magical little place.

Vacation get-away

We had a few days mid-week to get away from work etc and this location met our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable, great restaurants and walks nearby and our dog was very happy to have lots of space. Thanks for a great stay!
