The Driftwood Cottage was the perfect home base for our family of five! We traveled to Old Saybrook for a family wedding at the nearby Saybrook Point Inn, and the location could not have been more convenient. The property was exceptionally clean, the check-in process was an absolute breeze, and it had every single amenity we needed for a comfortable two-night stay. Ali was a wonderful host—communication was seamless, and her response times were incredibly fast. We highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to our next stay here!

Great cottage, great location, pet friendly, welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our stay, felt like home since we once lived only a few blocks away. Old Saybrook has a cozy New England vibe and this cottage fits perfectly!

I am a bit late to positing this review (stayed in November) but wanted to leave a recommendation for this cute spot for anyone who’s looking to stay here. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to beaches and nice walking areas. The house is a bit small, but we had a party of 6 people and 2 dogs, which ended up working well for us, as we were out of the house for most of the time we were there. The host was responsive and the checking in/ out process was clear and easy! Thank you!

Lovely Cottage

Lovely little cottage in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Once you find it down the little lane, it's a great location to be in. Not far from town and close to the water, we really enjoyed relaxing at the house and in the backyard. Highly recommend.

The home was very much as described in the VRBO listing, the booking process was secure, arrival, check-in and checkout were well coordinated, communication with some delay, regarding nonworking cable TV, otherwise excellent experience.

Grammie’s Great Adventure

Clean, uncluttered, fenced yard, close to beach, great neighborhood for walking, quiet, everything we needed. Totally forgot how much work it is taking a 5 month old (and a 5 year old) to the beach; so great that Harvey’s Beach is less than 10 mins away. Perfect 5 day getaway for my daughter, grandchildren and me!

Lovely home , great location

Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect. Everything we needed was at our disposal . The house was clean and comfortable , the yard was private and so very peaceful and we could walk or bike to dinner . Each morning we took a walk across the causeway which was so beautiful and enjoyed golfing at Fenwick.. We look forward to a return trip.
