LV101 One Bedroom Legacy Villas Hideaway

Are you ready for a vacation? You won’t find a better place to enjoy a few days or a few weeks of warm desert days and cool desert nights. With ample indoor and outdoor living space, the condo has plenty of room for a variety of travelers. A full kitchen, a living area, a dining table with seating for six and bedding for up to four provide everything you’ll need to stay comfortable. The bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and ample storage space. The bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub, linen storage and a vanity mirror. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room and a stacked washer-dryer. A detached single car garage is available for use right in front of the condo. The unit can be combined with LV002 (Secluded downstairs studio close to the Clubhouse) to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability)

The property is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and spas, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque and 24 hour gated security. Within walking distance of La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Highway 111 shopping corridor and the Gardens on El Paseo; get to everything quickly.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a ten minute drive from the condo. Don't forget the La Quinta Arts Festival and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. The Coachella Valley is your best bet for outdoor adventure in all seasons.

Beautiful stay

My husband and I traveled to Legacy Villas, La Quinta for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Vacation Rental

The villa is pretty basic compared to others we’ve stayed in at Legacy. That was ok with us but there is a shortage of teaspoons and tablespoons - only three of each and very limited real glass glasses. Refrigerator light is burnt out and living room side table lamp plug nearest patio door does not work. We enjoyed our time but more picky guests may have issues with it.

Winter getaway

We stayed at Legacy Villas the week between Christmas and New Years. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The grounds around the complex were beautiful and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in La Quinta

We came for a working weekend for my husband. The grounds of this property are absolutely beautiful! Lots of walking paths and pools. The unit itself was great! Very clean and we were comfortable in the space. Easy check in and out with the virtual assistant screen as you walk in. We would definitely rent this place again!

Desert Luxury and Beauty

Our condo in Legacy Villas was perfectly located for our desert adventures. The setting, at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains, is dramatically beautiful. There is a really cool trail that borders the development - perfect for a morning stroll while the sun is coming up. The condo itself was roomy, airy, clean, and well-appointed. The pricing was very reasonable, too.

The parking situation was a serious problem. The garage opening was dangerously small, and the scuffs and dings on the walls surrounding it were a testament to how small. Once inside the garage there is a large qty of framed art on the floor which you have to navigate parking thru and walking thru after exiting the vehicle .

Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay this year. we have stayed in this unit 3 years now. a couple comments, 1.very disappointed there is no grill now this may be a deal breaker for our return next year. ice maker in the new refrigerator seems kind of cheap. 3.the couch is very tired. 4. the coffee pot leaks when pouring a cup noticed this last year

Good value for my money

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit has all the necessities and it is located reasonably close to the clubhouse and pool. I like that it is in a gated community with 24-hr security staff. I was glad we rented the unit with a garage as it was convenient in bringing your shopping or things to the unit. It is generally clean except for a few spots (carpet behind the bed/night stand is quite dusty/you can see dust bunnies are forming; dining table overhead light/lamp has a spider web; and a few of the cooking spoons/utensils that were in a big jar sitting on top of the kitchen counter had a thin film of dust). These are negligible things but it would be nicer if the place was spotless.

Perfect for Pets

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, especially with Covid-19, and things needing to be repaired in the unit when we arrived, the property management company was very attentive to our needs and most things were fixed within 24 hrs.This is a beautiful gated community of units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Landscaping is sublime. Water features everywhere. We brought our dog and stayed in a first floor unit, which was key for pooch activities. However, we could hear the people upstairs and next to us pretty easily due to thin floors/walls. Not only is it beautiful to walk around within the complex, there is a short, gravel trail that goes around the back side against the hills and is great for a dog walk. The garage was detached from the unit (no door from garage to unit) and our mid-sized SUV barely fit width wise. Internet wasn't great (20 down, 1.5 up).

Really nice complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Legacy Villas for a week. There were no surprises as the pictures matched the unit which is always nice. The kitchen is a nice size with almost everything you would need for pots pans and dishes. A few extra touches of condiments in the cupboards and fridge, nice to see. Beautiful gas stove (made me feel at home) dishwasher and microwave. As well there is a stackable washer dryer in which they supplied soap for as well! Two walkouts to concrete patios with table/chairs for four and a barbeque which we used a couple of times. It was a lovely place to sit at night when the temp started cooling down. We took advantage of the pool which was probably 40 paces from our patio, it was a good size and had plenty of seating. This unit is also very close to the main pool which has cabanas, a kids pool and hot tub as well. We did not make use of the gym area at the clubhouse, but it was well laid out with nice machines & flat screen tvs on the wall. There is a scale in there which was really handy to weigh out luggage on before we flew out. There is a grill/cafe at the clubhouse, but as we were here on the off season it was not open. Security at LV is great, they scan your card whenever you come in, and I noticed that they actually checked out a dump truck coming in for landscaping with a mirror to see what was in and under the truck. The unit was located close to a lot of golf courses that my husband was playing at, and is close to grocery, big box stores and the like. We will stay here again!

GREAT location, terrific owners

This is a perfect location for accessing golf, tennis tournament, pools, lovely shops and restaurants. Owners are incredibly responsive, and provide a wonderful experience in the development. Have been here twice and will definitely return!

Desert Get Away

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this wonderful condo in La Quinta. We love Legacy Villas. The location is convenient, the grounds are beautiful and there are so many pools and hot tubs to choose from you can often find one all to yourself. The checkin/out process was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Great relaxing condo

Wife and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying in this condo community. There are many, many salt water pools to enjoy. Everyone we spoke to on the property was very friendly. The kitchen was stocked same as our home and actually this place felt just like our home. I’d highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting La Quinta. Thanks for a great stay!!
