Weekend stay

We loved our stay at St. Regis. It was beautiful, the staff was very accommodating and kind, the food was delicious. Very relaxing environment and the apartment was very nice and clean.

Miami Vacation

Beautiful Resort Stay

Very luxe and relaxing vacation spot! Gorgeous beach and pool views from the two balconies. Wonderful service while enjoying the resort amenities. We would love to return in the future!

Great stay!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The best part were the two large patios overlooking the ocean. The condo was very well stocked and the location can’t be beat. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance! I highly recommend!!

Wonderful Unit and Fabulous Location!

The property was everything that was advertised and worked out perfectly for me and my family. Would highly recommend staying in this unit, and we will be back again!

Great time

I have spent a lot of visits mid beach. This was the most relaxed trip to Miami I can remember. Quiet. Staff at the property was helpful with literally everything. condo was perfect. And the view was amazing.

Amazing unit and location

We had a great time at the St. Regis Ocean Front Unit. We spent every morning on the covered balcony and the unit was just as pictured. The on site manager was great at communication and very helpful. The resort was beautiful and we enjoyed lunch by the pool every day. The included valet service was also great. We shopped at the shopping center across the street during a thunderstorm and explored Miami. I would definitely recommend this unit for a couple or family.

Outstanding Stay

We had an outstanding stay at The St. Regis this week. Everything about our unit was wonderful.... we only wish we could have stayed longer! The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. We had access to everything that we could have wanted staying in the residence, including our own entrance through an elevator. The resort was crowded but there were always seats at the pool and at the beach. If anything they were a bit short staffed in terms of service but once you found someone service was quick! Great property and great location. The Bal Harbor shops directly across the street made dining out so easy.

Beautiful property for a couple or one with a small child

Luckily my husband had to stay home because the 2 bedroom is really a one bedroom and a den. My 21 and 18 year old sons stayed with me and the second room was a bit tiny for my older son and doesn’t come with drawers to unpack. If you are just a couple or a couple with a small child it’s definitely for you.. The view was spectacular the best I’ve seen ever!! The king bedroom is gorgeous and the vanities and showers are great( loved the rain shower) ; kitchen is tiny with only one burner but a great fridge/freezer combo and dining room with six low chairs and great living room. Being at the St. Regis was amazing! Lots of wonderful amenities there. The property manager and owner were really helpful and made the process easy!

As Good as Expected, plus....

We have been at the St. Regis as hotel guests many times but this was the first time via VRBO. Property: does not get any more posh than a St Regis, this is luxury at its best. Staff at property also very good.Unit: exactly as described/seen on listing, the unit faces South/SE has the master bedroom and bathroom with balcony, and the room next to the dining room is a second bed with two twins and its own bathroom. Unit was clean and everything functioned as expected.Host: very good communication pre and post booking, met us on time at property and, here is the intangible: we forgot a piece of luggage at the unit and were notofied immediately, then the host/staff quickly made arrangements for delivery. THANK YOU. All in all, a very good experience and we will be returning customers.

Stunning! From the moment we arrived at the resort we were speechless. This is a 5 star resort at a VRBO price. You will not regret your selection of this property. It does come with a great deal of amenities as well, such as valet parking, room, pool and beach service, so gratuity is preferred, but not mandatory. complimentary gelato and water at the lobby, water and fruit by the pool with sunscreen and aloe. A bit of a foodie so we wanted to try other restaurants, but the hotel had a great options, but a bit on the high side in price compared to other surrounding options. Cons: Suite neighbors felt it was ok to leave there door ajar which noise and smell from cooking was noticed. Residential concierge was notified and rectified the problem. Secondly, total privacy is difficult as in room doors do not lock, only slide shut. Beds and pillows super comfortable and bathrooms and showers where perfect and balcony view was spectacular. Would stay here again!

Great property. Average check in

Beautiful property. Matched the pics. Was told we could check in early because the guest that rented before us was leaving a day early. When arrived at airport to text unit manager….Nothing. It wasn’t until I got to the hotel and spoke with the residence concierge, and she phoned the unit manager was unable to get the information I needed. Which was the previous tenants did not leave early and stayed the duration. No problem. Would have been nice to be informed of that as our expectation was to check in earlier than 4pm. We did check in earlier but not at the 11-1130 which was discussed. Met the owner and she was wonderful.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! My husband, adult daughter, infant granddaughter, and I stayed in this residence. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and check-in and check-out was easy. They also assisted us with delivery and pickup of the baby equipment we rented (which the hotel will not provide - we used Baby Borrow). The unit was spotless! We appreciated the provided toiletries (just enough for a weekend). The den was large enough to accommodate a pack-n-play alongside the 2 beds. There are direct views of the ocean from both balconies. Both A/C units worked great! We only utilized the refrigerator but noticed plenty of cookware and utensils. This was our 6th visit to the St. Regis Bal Harbour, and we would absolutely stay in this unit again! Regarding the hotel property, the family pool was a blast and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were disappointed that the hotel does not rent day villas to residence guests; only hotel guests are allowed to reserve them. We dined at Atlantikos several times, and BH Burger. The breakfast at Atlantikos was good, but dinner is a pretty limited and somewhat pricey selection. Everything at BH Burger was delicious. This property is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this unit for couples and families!

Excellent communication with host. Service was outstanding at the St. Regis. Two pool were both large. One for kids and other for just adults. Angel the waiter at the St Regis bar was wonderful. Only downside was the 2nd bedroom used to be a den. It had a small wardrobe but no dresser and the 2nd bathroom was not attached so the 2nd couple has less privacy. The location is awesome. Highly recommend.
