This is the second time we have stayed here and once again, it did not disappoint! for the price in the area, it cannot be beat! The pool was closed while we stayed and Joe was so sweet and refunded part of our cost for the inconvenience.

We had such a great week! What a gem this property is! The view was magnificent! Only wish we each had a key fob. Very peaceful! We hope to stay here again soon!

Absolutely loved it. Wish we had more time than the 2 weeks we were there. Had a couple unavoidable minor wrinkles and Joe was excellent with helping.

Property was everything as advertised. The unit was clean was very clean. The view of the gulf is amazing. The only thing I could suggest is a new frying pan.Other than that owner was very attentive to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The light bulb socket in the large lamp in living room was broke when we arrived. Trash cans could use a good cleaning in the kitchen under the sink and the recycle trash can. We enjoyed our stay as usual.

Joe was very helpful, especially when the TV didn't work, and he had the leaking sink in the bathroom fixed the very next day. The condo had every amenity that we could have asked for. Loved overlooking the beautiful pool and beach. Had a wonderful time !

Room was great. Super clean easy communication with the owner, answers questions quickly. It has four chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach which is very convenient. My only recommendation is maybe a new bed in the master bedroom, it is VERY hard. Also could use some new blinds on both sliding doors. These are very minor issues though. The room is beautiful.

We were very happy with our stay. Right across the street from John's Pass and many restaurants to choose from. Right in front of beach, easy access.

Great location, easy to conatct always a pleasure to be able to stay here. There were some pool issues due to the damage from the hurricane but they took care of it all.

Summer getaway

Great property, very clean and well appointed.Great location, right across from Johns pass.Great restaurants and bars.We really enjoyed the Bamboo Beach Bar.The view from are balcony was fantastic.Great walks on the beach each morning and evening.

I bought my condo in 1998 and every year have added something to make it more comfortable. The unit has tile throughout, the kitchen has been upgrade as has the baths. Doors and window were replaced a couple of years ago. We love to come here to relax and enjoy the gulf. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
All stays are Saturday to Saturday

You can't beat the location, there's dining, shopping and the greatest beach around. If you don't like the sand there's a heated pool with lots of chairs and umbrellas.

You don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to there's plenty of variety in dining and shopping. There's two grocery stores within five miles Winn Dixie and Publix. If your into water sports there's charter fishing, dolphin watching, parasailing, jet ski rental, and just swimming in the gulf.
