This very charming unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and an enclosed porch. It also has a pull out couch and can sleep up to 8 people. Property includes a private front patio with picnic table, chairs and grill.

Our properties are family friendly. Renters age 25 and above, and their children/grandchildren are welcome. We do not accept high school or college groups.

Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had a fantastic week at the shore. Location was perfect, a short easy walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked very well. Great washer and dryer. The only improvement that is needed is that most of the electrical outlets don’t work. We managed with the ones that did, but working outlets in each bedroom would have been helpful.

Great location/great price

I have stayed on this property more than once. Both times were pleasant and agood experience. I gave this propety a rating of 5 stars for location, price and cleanliness of the property. If you are looking for something upgraded and new this property will not meet your requirements. However it is clean and tidy and gives you a feeling of comfort while staying here. I would stay again.

Wonderful!

The property owner is super responsive in communication. The house was as advertised. Perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. Kitchen was properly outfitted for us. The beds were super comfortable. The front porch was great for morning and nights to just sit and enjoy being at the shore. I was super impressed with the ease of checking in and out. Parking was wonderful! Great rental. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Excellent house.

Great price. Great location. Great parking. Very clean. Very good washer and dryer. I would definitely rent from Kevin again. I’m hoping he has another house with 2 bathrooms for next year.

Great house, great spot

The apartment was very good for our needs. Good relations with the other two renters, close to the beach and Seaside Heights. There was confusion moving in which apartment we were supposed to occupy; we ended up in the lower unit expecting the upper. Not sure this was the owner's fault. Standards vary on this, but we thought the unit needed a deep cleaning. I hope we can return. Thanks, Kevin!

Vintage Seaside

For us, the best thing about this property was that they accepted a big dog. In fact, the property is made up of three rentals on one lot and all of the renters during our 10 nights had dogs! So, we stayed in the upper unit of the main house and the property is located in Seaside Park, 4 houses from the beach. It is in many ways a Vintage Shore Property, clean, reasonably well maintained but not "fancy". If you are seeking a high end, designer decorated, meticulously updated rental, this is not for you. But did I mention that they allowed a BIG Dog ?? The rental was well stocked with beach passes, plenty of dishes and silverware and pots and pans that were in good condition. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a vacuum. They supplied linens and towels that were in very good condition, enough so that next time we wouldn't bring our own from home. There are three very serviceable bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and the tub worked which was a real plus for our old bones. Two air conditioners and ceiling fans were more than adequate to keep the unit comfortable during a hot 10 day stretch. There are 3 propane gas grills on the property though we ended up sharing with our neighbor whose grill worked better than ours. But did I mention that they accept Large Dogs? The negatives are few and in my opinion minor given the positives. The appliances and the tile floors could use updating and if they were newer and in better condition, this place would get 6 stars. The tile floor in the kitchen area really does need repair but in truth, the 2-3 cracked tiles don't impact the overall quality of this place. The property also has a useful outdoor shower and each of the 3 units has its own private seating area with table and chairs and a grill. We would absolutely return to this property next year if welcomed back, though all three of us, myself, my wife and Deazle would be happier with fewer stairs. This was a great property and perfect for vacationing with your dog.

Everything exceeded expectations. We had a fabulous time !!

Kevin provided everything we could possibly need. Check in & check out were seamless. The duplex was clean & modern. Loved it !

Great place to stay

The location is wonderful! I really enjoyed the little screened in porch. You are half a block from the beach. The house is very clean and bright. I will definitely return!

Perfect vacation

We were able to have a nice, affordable vacation because of Kevin! The property was a perfect size with nice size bedrooms, an inclosed porch, useful backyard, and small laundry room. This was the most amenities I’ve ever been offered, ice already in the freezer, shampoo, laundry detergent, plenty of dishes and cooking tools, and chairs for the beach. The location is perfect, close enough for a walk to the boardwalk but not in the middle of all the chaos. Only a few houses from the beach too. I will definitely be returning to this property! Good Time At The Shore

We stayed at the house June 14-16. The owner was awesome to work with the house was just what we were looking for. It was 4 houses from the beach and a short walk to all the action. Can't wait to go back. We would highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Had a great time. Perfect little getaway spot. Can’t beat the location - only a couple houses to the beach and short walk to the boardwalk. Owner was very friendly and responsive.

Simple, Quiet, Close to Beach

We loved staying here. It was less than a block to the beach, a short walk to the boardwalk, but far enough away from the noise that comes with Seaside Heights. The property was clean and had everything we needed, and our hosts were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Short Walk to Beach

Perfect for families with kids and pets. Just a short walk to the beach, plus it's equipped with all necessary household items. We, our kids and grandchildren loved our stay, as did our Labrador Retriever. It also has outdoor barbecue and seating, and clean and well maintained.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our week stay. Rented the lower unit. Clean, close to beach and short walk to boardwalk. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Owner is very nice.
