Spacious home located in the heart of the village. Perfect location..... quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to downtown for events, shopping, and dining.
The home has 7 bedrooms and a 2 spacious living rooms. 2.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas inside, and 3 porches with seating and a grill.

The upstairs has 3 large bedrooms with queen beds(linens provided)a spacious living room and 1.5 baths. The master bathroom has a tiled shower, vanity and washer/dryer. The Kitchen has a dining area with seating for 6. All stainless steel counters stove, microwave, fridge and 2 dishwashers. A private covered balcony also has a table and 4 chairs.

Downstairs has 2 large bedrooms 1 king 1 queen. A Bunk House with a twin over full, and a little nook with a queen bed.. One full bathroom with rainforest shower and vanity.. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range and microwave, dining room with table seating for 5 plus a covered patio with a table and 4 chairs

Very accommodating!

Perfect location

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The house was huge and everyone had a bed. Bruce was very accommodating and checked in with phones calls to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything. Perfect location with a 7mins walk to downtown. Great stay!

Motorcycle Getaway

We had a large group of friends planning this trip for 4 days and this house served us very well. When we requested information or anything, the owner was very attentive.

Wedding

We rented the whole house. There was 11 of us there for the wedding of our son from June 7th-10th. The house was perfect for size location and overall everything we needed. Bruce and Jackie were great hosts and were very attentive with any questions we had. We would give them a perfect 10 and recommend their rental and would definitely stay again. Thanks Scott Anne & friends

NJ Coffee Ladies Weekend adventure

We had a great time staying at the house. The upstairs had three bedrooms, a beautiful living room, kitchen and dining room and a bath and a half. The downstairs a master with a bathroom another bedroom, plus there was a bedroom in front of h the living. The only thing that was a little weird to us was There was a bed in the kitchen with a divider, but it all worked. All of us had a bed, so there was actually two kitchens. There was 2 1/2 full bath. There was plenty of parking. It was a lovely neighborhood and the neighbors were so kind and so nice. The owner was that actually in the house behind us in case we have any issues, phone calls were answered immediately , we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Alexandria Bay was excellent to tour was a beautiful town we took boat rides. We went to restaurants we went shopping. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this to any girls weekend or family that wants to get away and just enjoy the beautiful St. Lawrence Way.

A week in A-Bay

My family had a great time. Our host was very gracious and understanding. We tend to be a noisy bunch and Bruce was great. The house was ready for us when we arrived and served as a great jump off point for daily excursions.

Great house

We were able to rent the whole house, and it worked out really well for our group. The owner was very accessible, as was his assistant. We didn't want for anything. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels as well. The location is great, a very easy walk to downtown Alexandria!

Good location for boating groups

We had six couples for a week of boating. Easy walking distance to docks, Upstairs apt well suited to our purpose. Downstairs is also OK. Well equipped on both levels

Bruce was excellent, place was great

Bruce took the time to come over and introduce himself, giving a tour of the house and stating things on his Todo list. Very well mannered, and the house was newly renovated upstairs. Excellent rent!

Very nice house and location. We will stay again

We rented the top and bottom floor for 13 people and were very comfortable. This is a great location and everything we needed was available to us.

Cosy Home and Very Friendly Owner

We rented the upper level of the house, family of 4 (2 kids) plus 2 Grandma's - we had a very pleasant stay the owner is very helpful and courteous - the home is very well kept, and is a quick walk to the town and Uncle Sams boat tour location.

Great Stay

My sister and I rented the lower level of this house for 3 nights along with our kids (total of four children ages 9, 11, 12 & 15) for a family "affordable" trip. The house was an excellent choice as it provided us with lots of space to spread out and was very clean. We enjoyed the stay both at the house and in Alexandria Bay. We were able to walk into town and not worry about driving and finding parking. The kitchen is a full kitchen and they even had a grill we could have used outside if we wanted to. The owner of the house was very nice and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property.
