Wow! A stunning riverfront home in Yacht Club area! ICF Green Home, with every luxury you can imagine. This home features travertine flooring throughout, custom kitchen with solid wood cabinets and granite, infinity edge pool with spa overlooking the river. This home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home has all new furniture and decorations with a Key West theme. Property is located just 15 miles from Fort Myers airport and only 10 miles from Fort Myers beach. Google 'Cape Coral Yacht Club' to see all the wonderful amenities they have too offer. Fishing pier, public beach, restaurants, live music, arts fairs, public pools, tennis courts and so much more. The Cape Coral Yacht Club is a short 2 mile drive or walk. Also, check out The Westin Cape Coral Resort and Marina Village for great shopping and restaurants. Another great stop in Cape Coral is RumRunners! Great food, views and entertainment. This is a beautiful home with panoramic views of the river and bridge to Ft Myers, Florida. Property has great access to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel as well as the local beach in Cape Coral. Spend your day at the beaches or enjoy the private, heated pool and spa. In addition to the famous beaches, local attractions include antique shopping in Matlacha on Pine Island, the Big M Casino Boat, boat tours out of Pine Island to the nearby islands such as North Captiva, Useppa Island, Cabbage Key, great shelling at the state park on Cayo Costa Island. Or rent a boat and tour the islands yourself. Enjoy fishing from the dock or go for the big ones while deep sea fishing. Take time to enjoy the culture at our many playhouses such as the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre or the Barbara Mann Theatre at Edison College. 2022 Regal 38SAV boat available for half day and full day charters with a Captain. Amazing Property

This house was great! Location was perfect and has a great view. Lots of good restaurants close by. So much fun to hang out with friends in the outside area. Joe, the owner, was very easy to work with.

Perfect Oasis!

This property was absolutely incredible! The river views were breathtaking, and the infinity pool was the perfect spot to relax while soaking in the scenery. The hot tub was a great bonus, adding to the overall relaxation. We were so impressed with the property that we ended up staying in more than we went out—everything we needed was right here. Plus, it's just a short walk to fantastic restaurants and bars, with the Monkey Bar being my favorite! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in style!

Relaxing vacation on the river

This beautiful home is in a great location and close to shopping, grocery stores, & restaurants. We enjoyed the infinity pool and watching boat traffic go by. The home is well stocked. Owner/management is very responsive and friendly. Easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend a stay at this waterfront home! Thank you for having us!

Perfect Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful with one-level living, which was perfect for us. We spent the majority of our time outside at the pool watching the boats go by and being entertained by the dolphins and pelicans. My husband fished right off the dock. The location is perfect with many restaurants and two grocery stores nearby, and with the airport, Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel only 30 minute drives. Joe was the perfect host! We definitely hope to go back next year!

The home was nothing less than amazing with all bedrooms en-suite it allowed everyone the time and space needed. The house location was phenomenal and not too far inland and made our MN Twins spring Training games easily accessible. Communication with the owner was above and beyond. The home, pool and hot tub were by far the best we have experienced in 20 years of spring training vacations. Thank you Joe for this fabulous vacation - you are appreciated and we will be back!!!!

Such a beautiful home for a relaxing stay

Check in was very easy. After a 23 hour drive, we walked in the front door to the most beautiful view over the infinity pool and over the Caloosahatchee River. The property was quiet, and a great base to do all the things we wanted to do in the Cape Coral area. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and tours nearby. Every morning I watched the sun rise over the water, and the pelicans fishing near the dock. Joe was incredibly responsive(usually within minutes) to any question beginning with booking right through the end of our stay. If you get the opportunity to book this property, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely gorgeous view!

WOW. What a stay. It was really nice and refreshing to have an owner be hands off and not leave a giant book of “DOs & DON’Ts while also being responsive when we had questions about the pool and check out instructions. Joe was great! The biggest plus was that we had a plethora of towels! LOL both pool and bath towels and that was fantastic! Plenty of sun during the day! The house was so clean upon our arrival, the kitchen was pleasantly stocked! And for a family of 8 who only went out to eat twice in a week, that was clutch since we cooked a lot! Overall such a great stay! We will definitely be reaching out again the next time we choose to stay in Cape Coral!!

Cape Coral Sanctuary: great house, location, and owner

Beautiful home, fantastic view, convenient to beaches and islands. Owner is prompt and professional and (key for us) pet friendly. Stayed for month of May 2022. Really could not ask for anything more. This is the place to stay in Cape Coral!

Absolutely wonderful experience magnificent home overlooking the river private luxury at its best

The owner was great to work with promptly returned texts and the had everything you need. Great location close to several great restaurants and parks. 5 stars isn't enough, if you're lucky enough to rent this place go for it

Thanksgiving getaway

First class accommodations close to restaurants and entertainment. Well appointed home with all the amenities and million dollar view, the owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Close to the Yatch Club, Westin resort and Cape Harbor.

We are recent owners of this beautiful new river front home and look forward to sharing it with those who will treat it as there own.

Our family has vacationed in South West Florida with our parents and grandparents for many years. The weather in South West Florida is predictable year around. The proximity to Fort Myers airport was important to us.

Florida, the Sunshine State, is famous for sunshine and family-friendly attractions as there is Walt Disney World, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal Studios. Cape Coral's tropical waterfront wonderland glimmers with 400 miles (approx. 650 km) of fresh and salt water canals and is the best place to relax, to do sports or to learn about 'The Real Florida'.
