Was the perfect stay for our 10 adult family reunion vacation! We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and playing online games in the media room. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back!

This was by far one of the nicest home rentals i have ever stayed at. Everyhting is just as clean as the photos look which i have had a few experiences where the photos can be deceiving. The youtube tutorials on how to use all the amenities was very helpful. This place has the ultimate florida vibes your looking for on your vacation. Would not heistate to rent again

WeI had an excellent stay at this property! Everything was great, and the attention to detail made our experience seamless. The thoughtfully provided amenities really enhanced our comfort. The house is exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub are phenomenal and well kept. The home was clean with many included amenities. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We love the area and definitely plan on returning in the future. Added bonuses was that there was a pack and play and highchair available already in the home.

Every aspect of our stay was perfect! Awesome communication from host throughout. The home is more beautiful in person than the pics portrayed. They thought of everything for us! Right down to the laundry soap and paper towels! We will ABSOLUTELY book this home again in the future. It’s a great location for zipping around town, and the tranquility out back was second to none. Truly best vacation we have had in years and we didn’t want to go home. THANK YOU!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely come back. The house is even more impressive in person than the photos suggest — incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped for a large group. The pool and spa were a highlight every single day, and the outdoor kitchen and lanai made for some great evenings together. The theater room was a huge hit and a fun bonus we didn't expect to love as much as we did.The kitchen had everything we needed and the overall layout of the home made it easy for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling on top of each other. It truly felt like a vacation home, not just a rental.We only ran into a couple of small hiccups during our stay, but no harm to the trip, and our host was quick to offer solutions, which we really appreciated. That kind of quick responsiveness goes a long way.If you're looking for a place to bring a larger group to the Cape Coral area, this is it. Highly recommend.

Cape Coral Trip

Home was very spacious, clean and well-stocked. Great views and very nice pool area. The hot tub is huge and we absolutely loved the movie room!Home is in a great residential area and close to everything in Cape Coral. It is well-stocked and comes with 2 bikes and everything you would need for a beach trip.The owners were very responsive, however the only downside was that you can only communicate through the app, not directly, so when we needed quick assistance, we were not able to reach out directly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. We enjoyed the many amenities the property had to offer such as 3 kayaks and life jackets, 3 bicycles, 2 fishing poles, hot tub, pool with pool floats, beach chairs/ sun umbrella, cooler. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Our group went grocery shopping and visited Merrick Seafood company for fresh seafood which made it easy for group dinners. I can't think of anything the home didn't offer. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and away from the hustle and bustle. Nearby is Sands park, which offers a wonderful playground for children, tennis, sand volleyball courts and several pickleball courts which we visited daily. The home also offered a high chair and playpen for our 8 month old. We rented an activity center from the online rental company which was so easy and helpful. There are plenty of bath towels, beach towels, laundry soaps, and dishwashing soaps. As a special treat on our last day, we hired Big Tiki Tours to pick us up from our dock for a canal tour. So much fun! The movie theater room was a big hit and easy to use. Nearby dining- we enjoyed Pine Island- Yucatán Waterfront Tiki Bar and Grill for excellent food and drinks, Rum Runners and The French Press. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
