This villa was recently remodeled in Spring of 2020, and features memory foam mattresses, flat screen Roku TVs (you must log in to your own streaming accounts), a fully equipped kitchen (bring your own coffee, spices, etc.), LED lighting throughout, plush bath towels, and starter packs of dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (you may need to buy more during your stay as these are not replenished). All linens including comforters are brand new and are changed out in between each guest.
There will be a beach wagon available for your use. We do not provide beach chairs or toys, however these items may be available for your use as they are often left behind by previous guests. We do not guarantee the condition or availability of beach items. **YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS**
Hilton Head Island is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a 10-15 minute stroll down the private Hilton Head Resort boardwalk. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regularly scheduled runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, beach-side bar and grill.
Hilton Head Resort features amenities galore, including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor walking track, onsite bike rentals, six lighted tennis courts, a poolside deli and gift shop, a beachfront bar and grill, beachfront restrooms, beach volleyball court, and a front gate with 24/7 security. Golfing is abundant in either direction when leaving the resort grounds. Guests love to take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of bike/pedestrian trails. Whether you want to explore the island’s wonders or unwind by the beach- Hilton Head Resort has something for you!

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I took my family and a family friend and i loved the area. Just far enough away from the beach where not highly trafficked but just close enough to enjoy the beach vibes

The condo was not clean, and everything was very old and outdated, especially the bathrooms. The front door was difficult to open. There was only one elevator for two buildings, and it wasn’t air-conditioned. I’ve stayed at many beach vacation rentals before, and this was by far the worst condo I’ve ever stayed in. Overall, it was very disappointing and not worth the price.

EXCELLENT STAY
The place was very clean and well furnished. Everything was in excellent condition. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Family Spring Break
We enjoyed our time at the condo. There were plenty of things for us to do as a family. Everyone had a great time and we would love to come back.

The condo was nice it was the resort itself and the elevator was awful but the condo was very nice

Exactly as described
Great condo, nicely decorated. The resort has a lot of very nice amenities, especially the indoor pool IN the same building (made it nice to get away from the heat of the outdoors). We enjoyed our week there and would definitely rebook if we end back in Hilton Head.

Great Time and Great Amenaties! Hot Tub was a bitter hotter than normal. Great location! Easy travel to from and around Hilton Head!

Unique fun property!
Cozy little condo with tons to do at the resort! The walk to the beach down the boardwalk is 10-15 mins but it's a breeze. 3 different pools one with a bar, one in an indoor complex with a hot tub, kiddie pool, sauna, fitness room, and sauna!

Fun Family Getaway
Great location if you have kids. Overlooks indoor pool/hot tub. Boardwalk to beach is nice. Manager wasn’t overly friendly - but it was fine. Condo was clean and had all the basics in the kitchen.

Hilton Head Resort
This property was nice and everything was to our liking. We contacted the renter a couple of times by phone and he responded very quickly. The beach was nice, and the pool was great. We even used the sauna a couple of times. Overall, this was a great choice for us.

Quick stay
Excellent customer service. Our VRBO that we had rented canceled on us the day before we were leaving. This owner was so helpful and easy to work work and the condo was perfect! Thank you so much for our very last minute booking!!

Annual family trip to HHI
The unit was in good condition. There have been some updates to the bathrooms including handheld showers in both - which was nice. Also the pillows were amazing on the king size bed. Ease of booking and interaction with owner was smooth. Overall a wonderful experience and much needed escape.

The best amenities
Such a cool stay for my hubby and I. Loved the indoor pool/hot tub. We brought our electric bikes so we loved the easy access to the trails. The beach was BEAUTIFUL and clean. We will be back THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH. Next time we will bring our teens. You guys are the best.❤️

Location Location Location
Everything was accurate as expected. The condo was in great condition, clean and provided us with enough toiletries and kitchen supplies to get us through our stay. Location was excellent close to restaurants and shops. The only part that was a problem was the door lock the the entrance to the Condo was hit or miss. I recommend updating the lock on the front door. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Break
The property is very basic and the apartment is not well equipped. The kitchen is minimal and the lighting is very dreary. The property was clean. The beach is nice but it's quite a walk. Coco's is a bonus. Pool at bldg #1 is nice, bldg #3 needs help. Ok overall...go to Sea Pines!
