Capri by the Gulf is located directly on one of the most sought after stretches beaches in the world. The property sits on 300 feet of beach in the heart of Crystal Beach. The gated community helps guests feel a sense of privacy and safety while keeping traffic to the beach to a minimum. This property is excellent for a romantic getaway or a family with small children. Capri 110 sleeps six.. 2 brand NEW Stearns and Foster Estate Queen sized beds. Seasonal Beach Service (March 15 - October 31) is included with the rentals (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach). NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Rentals during the peak season are taken from Friday to Friday. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite apps! Cox Cable provided.

Capri 110 is located in a prime location in Destin! Nestled directly between the Destin Harbor and The Village of Baytowne wharf guests can experience the best of both worlds. It is very convenient to walk to Camille's, The Crab Trap or 790 on the Gulf for a drink or a quick bite or walk over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than one mile from Capri by the Gulf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, Uncle Buck's Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you have some great options: Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, or Caption Dave's on the Gulf. Whether you come to Destin for the fishing, water sports, golfing, or just to relax on the beach, we have you covered.

Childhood memories

My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at Capri. The unit was perfect for the two of us. We were 100 steps from the door to our chairs on the beach. I stayed at this complex with my family as a child 50 years ago! I have many wonderful childhood memories of running up and down the hill and going to the pier. It felt like I had come home. We will definitely return!

It’s quiet and not crowded and has every amenity needed. Our only wish is that our unit had cable so we could still keep up with our favorite shows plus we were there during March Madness and couldn’t watch any games on tv.

My Dream Came True!

When I saw Capri By the Gulf, it reminded me of the motel I vacationed at as a child and the wonderful memories I had with my family. I am 68 years old with cancer and have been on chemo this past year. Praise God I am doing well, so my husband made sure to give me my hearts desire and made reservations for Christmas and to bring in the 2024 New Year. We loved our apartment, which was extremely clean, well supplied and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for better and we hope to return again. Thank you Harmony Beach Rentals!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall another good experience with Capri. This unit wasn’t quite as clean as the other we stayed at last time. The couch cushions had stains on them and overall the unit just wasn’t as clean. Still had a great time.

Located just a few steps from the beach on a private beach, this unit is perfect for our family. It is comfortable, stylish, updated, and fully stocked with all the things needed for an enjoyable family vacation. Located in a one story condo community, the private beach is uncrowded and includes daily beach service. We highly recommend this property to visitors to the Destin area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Capri many times, way back in the day when it was a motel(Capri by the Sea) alone on the beach.... I love everything about it! It’s unique due to the accessibility to the beach and you get a great view every time - my chair is not in the third row from the beach in the middle of so many others. Any problems that have ever occurred have been addressed promptly and they do everything to correct the problem. I love this place! Please never change and sell out to a multi-level conglomerate. I hope it always is as it is right now.. my only advice would be the unit I stayed in needs new furniture (couch & live seat) just due to it being used...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and well stocked. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and loud when laying down and turning over. Not being able to turn the air down below 70 did cause unit to get a little warm at times. Well stocked with kitchen items and towels. Again was very clean. Stains on the couches so would be good to have removable covers perhaps. Someone from property management did knock on my door wanting to change air filter which I thought was unprofessional and which also happened to me last year; management coming by several times to get items of the owner’s out while I was there. There’s plenty of time to do that before someone comes and they could’ve called first.

The Beach Is My Happy Place

We booked this for Mother's Day weekend and it was perfect for the 5 nights, plenty of room and comfortable beds. Excellent view of the beach. My only recommendation would be to repair the shower glass door in the bathroom, as it came off track a couple of times. We would stay here again.

Loved Everything!

Our week was perfect! We loved the condo. It was cute and comfortable. We loved the beach, quiet and not so crazy busy as other places. The chairs and umbrella are a nice touch. We enjoyed meeting the other vacationers who were staying. It was s great week!

Just steps away from a beautiful white sand beach and emerald ocean water. All this and comfortable accommodations!
