This 1262 square foot condo is perfect for your beach trip! 2 bedroom/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has 2 full size beds! Sleeps 6! Brand new appliances and includes an ice maker! Ice maker makes 12 pounds of ice, perfect for a cooler when heading to the beach! Brand new granite throughout and new cabinets in both bathrooms! Also enjoy a keurig coffee maker while sitting on the balcony! Tennis courts, volley ball area and a grilling area is right at your finger tips! Private pool access! Private beach access too! 3 50' TV's and a DVD player in the living area. Cable and internet provided too! Laundry is right outside the unit on the same floor! (Laundry requires a fee of $1.50, bring your quarters or use a credit card) Elevator for easy unloading/loading! This unit is about 5 minutes away from the silver sands outlets! Many places to eat less than 5 minutes!

Great place and location!

We had such a great time! The place was perfect, stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, and everything you need in a kitchen, including a crock pot. We could see the pool from our balcony, and the best part was it was just a two minute walk to the private entrance to the beach! The beach was beautiful and very clean. We loved our stay!

Perfect Location!

The house and property were clean, beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic, quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the home owner was wonderful, she answered any question we had within minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice and clean property. Very close to the beach (simply have to cross the Scenic Highway then have private access to walkway to get to beach. Washer/Dryer right next to this room. Very convenient to do laundry

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. It was a great location that allowed us quick access to the beach and a short drive to a lot of amenities. The kids loved the pool and the beach was amazing. The sand was clean and the water was so clear! Highly recommend the Gulfquarium for families.

Our second stay.

This was our second stay at this location. The property and unit is very nice and is in a great location. Melissa is very quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend rhis place!

Family Christmas trip

We had a great family vacation over Christmas. The area is beautiful and the place we stayed was very nice. Our host was always available if I had an questions or concerns. We will definitely go back and would use this jist again

Awesome location

Great place! Plenty of space for a family of five! Awesome location. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Place had a slight smell of fish or lobster at the beginning of the week but other than that it was fine

Very nice place!

We stayed for 4 weeks and really enjoyed this condo. Nice furniture and very comfortable. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the property manager was very quick to respond. Great location, nice pool area, and the Pickle-ball Courts were awesome. We would recommend this property!

Beach Time!

We live in Kansas. We are checking to see if we need to have a new Thanksgiving tradition. Had such a great time! The kids enjoyed the beach as well as the pool.

First time to Destin

Place was great exactly the way it was listed in the advertisement location building swimming pool and Private beach Only drawback I had was not aware that I needed to bring my own towels and there were no rugs in the bathroom when you got out of the shower or standing in front of the sinks. Not a big deal Walmart was right down the street.

Wedding vacation

Oldest daughter had wedding at the beach. Her condo was just a very short walk across the road and onto the beach. We loved this condo, 5th floor with balcony facing the pool. Had our coffee every morning watching pool and people from other homes strolling to beach with families and equipment. This condo was great for our younger daughter and her husband to share with us. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We would visit again if coming to Destin FL also within walking distance of several restaurants.

We had a great time.

The condo was clean inside and laid out well. We have three small children and it worked well for them. It was close the beach. There was an elevator which was great and parking was spacious and close to condo. There was a smell in the hallway outside of the carpet. The Condo has access to the beach but its beach front right away is very small which make it somewhat crowded. Wifi was a little slow at times cause lags in movies. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommended it.

Clean, great host!

The property was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen and great bed linens. We had an A/C issue and our host responded immediately and had a tech out right away to fix the problem. We were so pleased with the responsiveness. It was our first time in Destin and enjoyed several good restaurants. Negatives would be: the private entrance to the beach was more often than not left open and so it really wasn’t private. The building was dated, and the ceilings are low in the apartment. Also, just a heads up that laundry is $1.75 for wash and $1.50 for the dryer.. They have a card swipe but we could not get it to work so bring your quarters! Thank you for a great stay!

Unbelievable

When there was hair in the tub I let it go but when there was confetti on the floor when I left the owner tried to turn in a claim on the insurance for “excessive clean”. We cleaned up before we left but we didn’t sweep the confetti out of the floor. I cleaned condos for a living for 3 years. I know how to leave one and I know what an excessive clean is. This owner was absolutely wrong. PS the claim was denied. The insurance company got my input and they thought she was as ridiculous as I did.

Condo is dirty and stinks! Do not rent

Our trip began with anxiety because of poor communication with property owner who did not state we needed a parking pass until the day before and then did NOT add the parking pass as an attachment in the email- which I received the day before we were to arrive. Upon arrival the building smells terrible and the condo has a strange odor as well. The place we dirty- hair in the shower drain, hair on the floor of the bathrooms, sand in the beds my children were going to sleep in. I specifically asked about a washer and dryer in the condo. I did not expect a laundry facility which you have to pay to use the appliances. The community pool does not permit any beverages to be taken near the pool so if you want to enjoy an alcoholic beverage you must leave the pool area. Directions to the private beach access were never provided and my children and I had to figure it out on our own. The beach is close however and the private access is nice. For the amount of money I paid to rent this condo I definitely expected a better experience. NEVER will I EVER return to this property. EVER!
