New condo to the rental program!!! Only been used by owner and family for the past 10 years! Outstanding remodel and upgrades will make this one your new favorite at Capri by the Gulf! Capri 112 sleeps 4. King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach service (March 15 - October 31) is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Absolutely amazing!

We loved our stay! It was a very cute and clean place and just steps away from the beach. Our beach chairs were set up early every morning for us just to walk down to and set and relax in. Close to shopping and restaurants and very safe area. We will definitely be back!!

Loved staying here. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Private beach with umbrella and chair service everyday was awesome. The view was beautiful and just steps to beach. Highly recommend!

Quick Getaway

We were looking for a new place for a quick trip. The place is right on the beach but very quiet. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t too cooperative. Hope to go back to Destin at some point and do some fishing.

If you are looking for a perfect low key spot with easy access to the beach, then this spot is for you. Adorable little cottage type spot by the sea. Easy and convenient. No pool, no hot tub or over the top amenities. It’s an adorable condo by the sea. That’s it! Highly recommend this place for location, charm and ease! An added bonus was that the property manager was super easy to work with!

Cute Couple’s Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was just right for our anniversary getaway. Great proximity to the beach - past 4 units and down the stairs. We were on the beach every morning by 8am and chairs and umbrella were already set up. That was such a wonderful feature, just bring your towels and cooler and you are set! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t do any cooking. Love the Crystal Beach area; close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Thank you! We hope to be back next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facilities were very nice, especially the kitchen. However, after a day and a half, we were unpleasantly surprised that we had to supply our own tv programming($100) and a tv adapter to make it work($40). We hhad no tv in the bedroom. Apparently were expected to buy our own. There was no night time clock in the bedroom, so we had to buy one. At that point we were surprised to that we did not have to pay for the toilet. The beach chairs in the closet were rusty and actually broke when we sat in one of them. The reclining lounge chair was broke and took a great deal of effort to get it back together. We won't be returning. This owner apparently doesn't want people to enjoy themselved.

Fantastic beach location

Great little place tastefully decorated literally steps to the beach. This was a quiet place to relax & enjoy the beautiful clear waters of the Gulf. Miles of powdery white beach to walk on. Close to shopping & eating.

6th Year at Capri!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Same as always, that’s why we keep coming back! Perfect since it’s small so less crowded on the beach, beach attendants were perfect and sweet. We had 3 rooms, one for me and my husband, one for my in-laws, one for my parents. Unfortunately, WiFi did not work in any room and cell service was sparce. Figured it was was from so many people in Destin (we usually go late August-early Sept.) Recommended to some of our locals back home and they have already booked a stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome condo on the beach. Everything you would need for a short stay. The included chairs and umbrella set up on the beach really sets this place apart from staying off the beach or elsewhere without that option. Condo was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the tvs were very old, couldn’t connect any smart devises to them, we used our iPads for evening movies.
