3 Bedroom Plus Office And Screened In Porch - pet friendly

We invite you to enjoy our home away from home in central Florida. Our 3 bedroom (plus office) 2 bath home in North Lakeland is only 40 minutes from Disney and about 30 minutes from Tampa. We are close enough to enjoy all the fun things to do in central Florida but out of the traffic and chaos of the larger cities.

We are located close to shopping and less than 10 minutes from Interstate 4. Lakeland has a quaint downtown with a large weekly farmer’s market and a central square with great shops and restaurants.

The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath with walk in shower and large jetted tub. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed. Bedroom three has a twin daybed with a trundle. There is also a new pull out couch in the family room. Bedrooms two and three share a bath. The family room has an over-sized sliding glass door that opens to a large screened in porch overlooking the fully fenced backyard. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch while the sunrises every morning. Our home is pet friendly, we just ask that you clean up after your pets.

Better than advertised

Home away from home

The perfect VRBO for us! We stayed there for 3 weeks while waiting to close on our home! It has everything you need there to make you feel at home. It’s in a great location and cute neighborhood with friendly neighbors!

ANOTHER GREAT HOLIDAY SEASON IN LAKELAND

We have rented this house for several years over the holidays. It is so nice to have our own home while there visiting our daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters. Although we spent a lot of time at their house, it was so fun for us to be able to have Christmas Eve at "our" house! We also got to have a sleepover with the girls one night. Such a treat for grandparents who live in Ohio! The owner is amazing and SO helpful. We needed a slight date adjustment and she helped us out without any issues. Also, unfortunately I had to visit the E.R. during my stay, but Lakeland Regional is right around the corner.

Not clean as stated

Place not as clean as stated. Low in supplies such as detergent toilet tissue. Rusty washer dryer. Found 4 roaches in the house. Dish washer left dishes dirty. Dishwasher pods were hard as rock. Greasy microwave filter House dated. Other rentals in area were updated for the same price.

Nice stay for Holidays

Nice layout and comfortable home. Host was responsive. Took a few days to resolve an issue with WiFi and a few other amenities need repair, but overall a very nice stay and we would book again.

Great Place to stay

We stayed at this home for two weeks. Great quiet neighborhood and a great location for anything you would need. The property owner is very accommodating and promptly answers all calls and texts. The home was a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful home

The house had everything we needed and more. It was so nice to have a nice selection of spices available, dishes, etc. in the kitchen. The house was clean and well maintained. Close to everything we needed. Could not have asked for anything more.

Very nice, clean well laid-out house

We had a very enjoyable stay, it was exactly the type of property we were hoping for. We stayed for an extended period of time, 11 days with our 2 dogs. The backyard is securely fenced with a nice screened in area that we enjoyed our evenings on. The property owner was very responsive and there were no surprises. The whole experience happened exactly how we hoped, drama free and the house was as described. We will be back in town in the spring and we hope the house will be available again.

We love staying here! It is conveniently located close to our Lakeland family members. It is clean and roomy. Most importantly, the owner is easy to reach if anything is needed.

Long term stay

Perfect Size, Perfect Location

Perfect place for us to stay with easy access to Orlando and Tampa. Plenty of space in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. Enjoyed our vacation in Centeal Florida!
