8 BEDROOM OCEANFRONT SANCTUARY W/ POOL, ELEVATOR

This large oceanfront home offers 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Enjoy many features that are included for a large family group such as 2 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, 2 full size washers & dryers, 9 TVs (one in each room and living room), all with YouTubeTV, and a DVD player. There is also central heat and air, wireless internet, 2 outdoor enclosed showers, covered porches, a large sun deck, a built-in grill and picnic area on the ground level, and walkway out to the beach. The private pool on the oceanfront can be heated in the off season for an additional charge. This property has a convenient elevator that takes guests from the parking level to the first floor.

On the main floor there are three bedrooms, each with two Queen beds and a private bathroom. Upstairs are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. These include two master bedrooms on the oceanside of the house, each with a King bed and private bath with tub/shower. Three other bedrooms each have two Queen beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Departure cleaning provided upon checkout. Accommodates 28.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. Absolutely no pets of any kind allowed.

Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Family Beach Week

We enjoyed the house a lot, great outdoor area and wonderful living space for our family of 13. Everyone had nice private space as well. Realty was quick to respond to our one issue with a doorknob. We would recommend this house to family and friends !!

Noble at Ocean Isle

all was great, the 3 refrigerators was wonderful and 2 sets of washer/dryers. the only thing needed was better wifi, ti seemed to be less reliable we were blessed by a great stay!

The house is nice but missing some basics like a 1/2 bath inside and an outdoor restroom for the pool area. The decks are small for the occupancy of the house but the pool area is plenty big with nice furniture. The stove in the kitchen didn’t work well and should be replaced. The outdoor grill wasn’t great either. The electrical set up needs addressed - they have too many things running off of the same amp so breakers would pop, especially when charging the golf cart. In general the house could use some updating and tlc but we had a great time. The bedrooms are plenty big, the location is perfect and we had a ton of fun!

Fun, but a bit noisy

This was a great property for our family. The pool was greatly enjoyed,as was the easy access to the beach. We did have some trouble with the elevator. It worked initially but then stopped. The only drawback for us was the party house next door was a bit loud. The noise was barely noticeable inside our house, but when we were outside it was a different matter. Im sure that would be totally dependent on the group there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it if we return next year.

Great location but lots of issues

When you read the words used to describe the house “well maintained” and “upscale” you would not expect some of the problems/issues/outdated inattentive features. We experienced one major issue and many other smaller issues which added up! Very disappointing some of the problems experienced by others were still an issue. Upon arrival door code did not work. Once inside noticed two upstairs bedrooms very warm. A box fan had been placed rather than having the problem remedied before our arrival. Thankfully the AC guy came fairly quickly. His comment “AC in bad shape”. Next day AC in living room not working had to call back out. Lights falling out of ceiling. Deck very worn,skimmer net ripped Bedding worn/torn.Bathrooms outdated.Toilet seats in bad shape.Toilets clogged for no reason. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Furniture in bedrooms dated and falling apart. Some rooms dirty with used tissues, old candy, dead roaches. Downstairs bedroom not large enough for 2 queen beds,closet was useless. Laundry room dirty,old imachines. One gate busted. Kitchen outlets kept tripping. Burners didn’t always ignite. Not enough characters to list everything. These issues could easily be fixed and/or avoided. The house definitely needs some TLC and a lot more attention to detail! Unless these things among others are addressed the words “upscale” and “well maintained” CAN NOT be used!

Great property and location! Nicely equipped and appointed. Rental agency was very responsive to the couple minor problems that invariably crop up with any rental property.

Wonderful Family Trip

Perfect place for our big family for a weekend getaway! It's getting hard to find places to accommodate our growing family, but this worked for us. Large sitting early, plenty of room for everyone to eat together. Plenty of extra comforters and blankets. Even has high chairs and pack-n-plays for the little ones. Highly recommend.

Beautiful ocean view!

Little disappointed in the house because of the microwave when in use would blow the fuses in one side of the kitchen out. The refrigerator in the laundry room was disgusting! It needs some TLC on the outside. In the two outside showers one was filled with all dirty outdoor chairs and noodle for the pool so you couldn’t even shower in there and the other one had a couple of cigarette buds in there when it was a no smoking house and that means that it had not been clean. For what we paid a night with the ocean view I was happy but if I paid the price that it started this week I would’ve been really mad! I will tell you I never wrote a bad review in my life and I go away a lot.

Golf weekend

Great location and great layout. Perfect for our large group of cousins and uncles for a guys golf trip. Only issues were no hot water in a few of the bathrooms that took two calls to get fixed. Also no propane for the gas grill. Otherwise a great place.

Great Beach Escape

This house was the perfect escape to the beach for our family. Right on the water - ease of beach access and heated pool in November was a plus! The house is well stocked and it helps to have private bathrooms for each bedroom. My handicapped father was grateful for the elevator access. Will definitely book again.

Excellent Family Home

Beautiful home, immaculate, more than enough room for our family group of 17, everything we needed (even high chairs and pack n play) already there. Private Bath for every Bedroom is wonderful! 2 of all appliances also super helpful with a large group. Could not have asked for a better place, plan to come again!

Great place to make family memories

Not the highest end place I have ever stayed, but for the price this was a steal. Beach and pool are right out the back door. When we notice a shower door with a broken roller, they promptly fixed it. I would come back here vs some of the higher end places I have stayed. The location is great, with homemade ice cream a short walk away. This was my first time to Ocean Isle and I really liked how quiet it was compared to the Outer Banks and Destin. Although it should be noted that we were there just before the season really kicks in.
