I've stayed at GP II many times, most in this unit. Love all things about it, owners have always been so accommodating! And the pool chiller is AWESOME this time of year! Definitely recommend!

The property location is excellent. The views were amazing. We really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for boating, fishing and relaxing. We look forward to returning to "Happiness Is"

We had an incredible time during our stay at Happiness is! The property was exactly as described. It had everything my family needed to have a wonderful week in paradise. The dock was perfect for fishing from and the gulf waters right behind the condo were amazing for swimming. While we were close to plenty of things to keep us busy, the condo was nestled in a quiet area that was peaceful and relaxing. The owners were quick to respond and made booking the trip super easy. We hope to return to Happiness is! on our next trip to the keys.

Beautiful vacation home

My wife and I just spent a week and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and just as advertised. The owner was attentive and made sure we were ready to have fun. This is our second stay at this home and look forward to the next.

Keys trip

Four of us stayed one week - which wasn’t long enough. Loved the location. So close to a lot of great restaurants and fishing. The views were fabulous. The complex pool was such a refreshing and relaxing way to spend our down time. Would definitely rent here again.

Slice of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “Happiness Is.” The unit had everything we needed and then some. There were tons of spices, oils, coffee, etc. We left some as well. Also lots and lots of towels. We fished off the dock and caught several fish. Loved seeing several manatees there as well. Plus the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed walking around and the pool was pretty much ours. It was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber mit guter Einrichtung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Von den Balkonen hatte man zu allen Seiten Blick aufs Wasser wegen der tollen Lage auf einer Halbinsel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nette Restaurants waren in der Nähe, besonders empfehlenswert fanden wir Sparky‘s Landing.

Well done

My sister and I stayed for a week at this condo, it is very cutely furnished, really well maintained and they thought of everything! Fishing poles, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, they had it all. The only thing that was a little concerning was the pool. Birds came in and made their contributions to the pavement around the pool, but what can you do? I would definitely recommend,

Great location great condo

Condo was as described. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Nice and quiet unit off the street with great views and great access to all the Keys have to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and nice views

This home was great for our first VRBO experience. There were some minor issues, but all in all was ideal. The property was spacious and there were a lot of extras for convenience. The owner was easy to reach when we needed him, and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for venturing throughout the keys, including Key West. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the water's edge outside the property. Our only real issue was that It could have been a little cleaner and could have supplied more face clothes (there were only two). I would recommend this property, but not to anyone who may have limited stair climbing capacity. It was a bit much for us with our age and physical ailments, but that was on us, as the stairs were clearly depicted in the property description.

Lovely property

Gulf Pointe is a lovely property with beautiful ocean views! The condo was comfortable & well-stocked. We enjoyed the great pool, & the private dock was perfect for our rental boat! We’ll definitely be coming back again next year!

Marathon Vacation

The condo was in a nice location. Private but close to restaurants, shopping, and water activities. Easy check in. The dock and pool area are really nice. The grounds are well maintained. There are stairs up to and in the condo and they are a little steep inside. The balcony areas are great for sitting outside and enjoying the views. Owners have provided fishing poles, kayaks, and bikes for outdoor activities. As mentioned in other reviews, the condo could use some updates. The showers, as they appear to be the original showers, and tub are a little difficult to maneuver in and out. Especially if you are a little older as we are. The king bed was comfy. We did not use the other bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of everything if you plan on cooking. And there is an electric grill to use outside. But considering the area who stays inside much anyhow. Overall it is a spacious and clean condo and the host was easily contacted with any questions.

1st Time in Marathon, but hopefully not our last!

We had an amazing week @ Happiness Is! We appreciated all the communication from the owners prior to arrival. Everything went so smoothly. There is so much to see and do while you are there and we tried to fit it all in :) thanks for all the added extras, like beach towels, chairs, rods etc, they were great! We really enjoyed time on the dock talking with neighbors. Met some fine folk from New York and Michigan! So very nice Captain Hooks and Captain Pips were fantastic, so was the turtle hospital. But all the widlife you see each day right in your backyard! Manatees, loogerhead, dolphins, moray eel, parrot fish, birds, birds, birds, stingrays and nurse shark..amazing!!! And the views are remarkable. Thanks for allowing us to create some wonderful memories

Staying here! Just as described. Clean and could use some updating but well kept home. Great location middle of Marathon. Lots to do an see. Great for fisherman and families.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool was wonderful & fishing & Paddle Boarding from the pier lots of fun. Beautiful beaches nearby & beach cafes on the water with sunsets pretty special.

Retirement trip

After recent retirement we spent 4 weeks in Florida at 3 different locations. Two weeks were spent in Marathon. We had a great time in a great area. We have already booked 6 weeks next year in Marathon, but unfortunately this unit had already been booked. Had a problem with the pool heater and the owner returned our messages very quickly.
