The sargassum was really bad (which is usually and naturally) but we were unable to use the beach which had been a big sell for this property. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could be prepared that we would not be swimming or fishing from the beach.

The Royal Plum Club Condominium was in a great location along the beach. The sargassum covered the beach for the week we were there but that's typical for this time of year. The ocean was inaccessible unfortunately. The pool however was clean and very nice. My family basically had the whole pool to ourselves the whole week as no one else used it. The property was clean and quiet. The room had everything we needed and had a wonderful view of the garden area. Everything was within a 15 minute drive from boat rental to groceries. I could not be happier with my stay, the property manager was very kind and helpful. Jessica was also very helpful and responsive. The only negative thing I can say is the washers and dryers at the property we're not very good, the washer didn't clean well and the dryer didn't dry out clothes all the way. Not a huge deal but worth noting. I would definitely stay at this condominium again without question. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great location for both beach and pool!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The huge pool was great and being right on the beach was absolutely beautiful !

Perfect little getaway for a week

Very enjoyable experience very well stocked kitchen utensils plates dishes really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and the pool and the beach were a 10 plus

Jessica was great communicating with us about our stay in Marathon. The key pickup/drop off instructions were made very quick and easy. She even gave us a plethora of restaurant recommendations and excursions to check out! Everything was very clean and we even had a heated pool (community pool) and a small private beach to walk along. Also Kevin, the property manager, is a very nice and approachable guy if you have any questions about the area. Sadly most of the week we stayed was heavy winds and some cloudy days but we took this opportunity to explore the restaurants (loved Island Fishing Co.), check out the small aquarium, and the dolphin rehabilitation facility. All of which was within a ten minute drive! Thank you very much for having us we don’t know when we will be back but if you’re looking for a calm and easy stay with plenty to do nearby then this is a great spot for you!

Best pool

Great resort, large pool, perfect for our 4 families to get together and yet each have our own space. Home was well equipped and very comfortable.

Perfect Place

This was our second year at the Condo and we stayed 2 weeks this time. Love the pool and outdoor areas. The Condo is in a great location and the other residents and guests are so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

Overall this condo was perfect for our needs. The beach was a huge disappointment but the pool was great, especially after a hot day having fun. We would go there again.

Wonderful Time

Third time staying at Royal Plum, but this was our first time at this property. Loved the condo. Enough room for the four of us and beautiful views of the garden from the patio. Had everything we needed for our stay.

First time in the Keys

Good launching spot for a relaxing week. Activities we were interested in doing were close by. The sun even stayed out for us on our last day so we could enjoy the pool.

Quiet ,clean, and relaxing

If steps don’t bother you, then this second floor condo will make a comfortable home away from home while you explore the Keys. We had great communication with the manager on site and the realty company. We would love to stay here again.
