This beautiful private spacious home has 14’ high ceiling in living room, kitchen and dining room, ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms with a salt water pool is located in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys.

This house is perfect for families and/or 2 couples traveling together featuring 2 master suites with separate bathrooms. This 2-bedroom 2-1 1/2-bath home is fully furnished. Fully stocked large kitchen with top of the line appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, bullet blender/juicer and all the utensils and cookware you will need. Central air, WIFI and alllinens and towels provided. We also provide a pack -n-play and highchair.

Private 14’x28’ in-ground salt water swimming pool with a heater/chiller. Relax in the screened in patio with a bar/lounge area with beautiful comfortable furniture. Pool area has several large umbrellas and plenty of patio lounge furniture for everyone! Each bedroom has a queen bed with pillow-top mattresses, flat screen HDTV and DVD player. Both bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with tub and shower. One bedroom has access to back screen in patio w/pool and ocean view. Two sofas in the living room have pull out queen mattresses. Living room has large flat screen HDTV that swings around to view anywhere in the living area. Large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board /iron and hairdryer. Powder room off the living room area. There are 4-beach chairs w/umbrella, cooler and beach cabana for you to take to the beach!

This is a smoke free and pet free home!

Sombrero Beach is located 3.9 miles south.

Visit Key West for the day, its 1-hour south and it’s a beautiful drive.

We are 2 hours from Miami Airport and about 2 ½ hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport and 1 hour from Key West Airport. We are located across the highway from Marathon Airport

Carport parking 77” height. 17.5’ wide x 32' deep parking. Additional parking 17.5’ wide x 25' deep from road to carport.

Nice stay

The house was nice. The neighborhood was ok. Close to shopping/restaurants. The house had everything we needed. For the price we paid it was a good deal. It was just me and the boys to do some fishing so perfect for us. Manager was very easy to work with and communicated very well. We would stay here again.

Fun in the Sun

Roomy, well equipped kitchen and laundry room, outdoor area was great and the pool was kept clean by a pool company every Monday morning. Had a small issue that the owner and the emergency contact handled quickly and it was resolved within an hour. Would stay here again.

Nice house. Well equipped. Furniture needs updating especially dinning room chairs. Front door needs to be replaced and more secure.

Perfect Vacation house!

Absolutely loved this home. Great for 2 couples, floor plan was wonderful having 2 master bedrooms. The pool and patio area was the Best! Only wish rental was pet friendly, we cannot leave our doodle at home again. Planning 2024 trip soon for same area, Marathon is beautiful area! Thank you Adriana for sharing your vacation home. Great week in Marathon

We had a wonderful weeks stay at the property for our family vacation! We could not have asked for a better place to come back to after a full day of fun in the keys! The house was clean, comfortable and had Everything that we needed to make our stay perfect! The owner was very nice, and easy to get a hold, and quick to respond, for the few questions we had! We can’t wait to come back to the area, and stay here again! Thank you for helping to make our family vacation a memorable one.

The home was very clean and welcoming. There was an issue with the pool due to storms and Adriana took care of the issue in less than 24 hours. House was located very close to Sombrero Beach and we enjoyed relaxed laid back days and evenings out at the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. We definitely would love to stay here again. Adriana answered all questions and gave great recommendations.

Beautiful Home

This was my first time visiting the Keys, and we absolutely loved it. Great location, the communication with Adriana was always very helpful, and she was very quick to reply to any of my questions. The house has a beautiful pool, great kitchen, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The entire process was seemless, we had a great time. Only wished we had stayed longer. We would definitely come back to Marathon, and stay at Adriana's property again. Loved it!

Great property in the Keys, Very smooth transaction

We spent a month at this property in Marathon and had a great time. The home was in wonderful condition and the pool area was very relaxing. We opted to not pay the extra amount to have the pool heated and the temp of the water was usually in the mid-70's (in January) - kind of brisk so if you're looking to really hang out in the pool you might want to consider the heated option. The owners did a great job of communicating through-out the process and made for a very smooth reservation and payment arrangement. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to the Keys.

Super Great Rental!

This is the most beautiful home, homey, spacious, and updated! The appliances spoke volumes in that the owners strive to provide the best for their renters. If we needed something, we searched and found it. They've thought of everything! The pool was amazing, we loved the backyard! We grilled and ate outside one day and truly felt like kings. The location of the home was super easy to find and perfectly located for a home base to explore the Keys. We honestly hated to leave. We will recommend this home to EVERYONE wanting to vacation in the keys.

Christmas in Marathon!

Flew in from Michigan and Connecticut for a warmer Christmas! The house was great. I recommend checking out provisions prior to grocery shopping, the house had more than I expected and bought duplicate things. The heated pool was AMAZING! I traveled with my 10 week old - the home had a pack n play along with a high chair. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby. The set up is great with a private bathroom for each room. Close walk to the end of the road where you can catch a good sunrise. All in all, I’d stay here again!

Wow

We stayed in Marathon for 8 days. Wow this house is beautiful. We watched the rest of the USA dealing with an unusually cold winter. We averaged 82 degrees for the last week of January. I can't remember having a better home, while on vacation, any where. Jim and Lee Ann really went the extra mile while setting this house up to have everything we needed. The Atlantic ocean on one side, the Gulf on the other. Can't wait to go back.

Fabulous home!

Absolutely beautiful home! Impeccably clean and furnished beatifully! The screened in porches are so nice! The pool and patio are perfect! Great for two couples, a girls trip, romantic getaway, or for a family! Marathon is such a great location! Beautiful beaches and amazing food. A fairly short drive into Key West too. We loved Curry Hammock State Park beach the best! Less crowded, beautiful clear calm waters, nice picnic areas. The owners were very nice and attentive. Gave us great recommendations for resturants and places to see. We hope to return some day to this piece of paradise. Thank you Jim and Leigh Ann. My 40th Birthday was simply amazing!

A beautiful, clean home away from home

Let me just say that this home was beyond what we expected! First, it is spotlessly clean, from the kitchen to the extra bedding, to the bathroom. Upon our arrival the owner checked to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and didn't need anything. Amazing. Property is stocked with everything you could need for a Florida Keys vacation. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, towels, sunscreen, seriously everything. The pool and screened porch were awesome. They even had a pool box filled with pool toys for the kids. By the time we had gotten off of our plane back home the owner had already refunded our money. I would recommend this place highly to anyone!

Disappointed

There were issues, fridge leaked on floor , the pool was not a salt water like advertised, it was chlorine plus pool has aleak so it doesn't stay full. None of lights inside the pool worked. Out door speakers or lights on patio didnt worked. . The air quit working had to be fixed tv's had to be fixed. Junkie neighborhood. Not on our list to go back.
