Enjoy a relaxing getaway on the quieter island section of Hampton Beach in our comfortable condo, just steps from the sand and water! Our two bedroom condo includes two comfortable queen beds, and an open concept kitchen.

Also included are a washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided), a full bathroom, and kitchen amenities (e.g. drip coffee maker, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, toaster, blender, etc.) Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is included here. Located conveniently between Hampton State Park and the Hampton Beach 'Center', you are never far from something to do!

Very nice place

This was our first time here. Smaller than we are used to, but worked out fine. Close to the beach for my older mother and disabled husband.

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay. It is a very cozy, clean and spacious place, across from the beach, yet, private and secure. everything was as described: well- equipped kitchen, spacious living room, easy parking, smooth check in and check out. We highly recommend this place.

Beach Ready!

This was the perfect spot for a family getaway with me and my girls. The condo was clean and very welcoming. We were just 50 feet to the beach!! It was amazing and hope to go back next year.

Bday Vacation 2024

I booked this spot for my wife’s bday getaway. We also brought her brother and sister in law as well. The property was very nice on a dead end street close to everything so very convenient. The host was amazing to work with, communication was excellent throughout the process, property was very clean and exactly what was listed on the site.

HAMPTON BEACH SEAFOOD FESTIVAL 2019

We always have a great time and rent this condo each year for Seafood Festival. It's in a perfect location! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the strip. Everything you need is provided. The owner is wonderful and always responds very quickly to any questions you may have!

Great location !!

The unit was a perfect size for our small group. There was a coffee shop and market at the end of the street. The beach was only a two minute walk. What could be better?? Looking forward to renting again next year.

Cosy condo

The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed (towels, pots/pans, spices, toiletries). The location is really convenient- just a few steps to the beach. Melissa was really responsive, the check in - super easy. I have allergies, so i really appreciated that there was no carpet. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back soon.

Great location for us

This was a nice spot for our week of bouncing around New England in the offseason (mid-May). We traveled to the White Mountains, the Maine coast and Boston. The condo is not big, but it was clean and everything worked as it should except for a balky deadbolt lock, and we really were there only to sleep. Be advised that there's no Wi-Fi, but otherwise all was great.

Excellent property

The condo was perfect for up to 4 people. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The condo was stocked with just about everything we needed. We have learned to bring an iron to Hampton Beach so not having one there wasn't an issue. The property owner was available and accommodating. The location is great....on the beach side of the strip can't be beat and closest to all of our favorite fun spots. It was a pleasure to rent this property and we hope to rent it again in the future.

ONE OF OUR BEST ACCOMMODATIONS EVER. AN EXCELLENT VALUE.

Jessica's condo was everything as described. we were looking for accommodations for 4+ with a kitchen and a common area. We found it quite by happenstance. We found the condo to be clean, nicely appointed with a great location. Our week long stay was convenient. We were just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from the Band shell/pavilion. It's a keeper! We would definitely recommend to family and friends. Jessica was easy to work with. She was quick to respond to questions. She and www.homeaway.com was a good choice. We will definitely return in the near future. THANKS for everything. Cathy & Pete Baker

Nice clean place

We had a great time and the condo was clean, however the was no air condition so it was very hot in side .the rule on the condo did not allow us to bring a small portable grill and a table so we could cook on the beach bummer not even to store it there !!! There was no vacuum to clean the sand up so we were sweeping all the time .The location was great when we tried to cook in the condo the smoke detector would go off so we had to eat out most of the time.other than that it was a clean comfortable unit.

Wonderful Vacation Week!!

Absolutely, LOVED this property. Condo was neat and clean upon our arrival. Owner is wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Located literally steps from the beach, which was very convenient. The beds are both queen size and comfortable. Condo is very cozy. Owners provided clean bath towels and other items that we've not had available to us in other rental locations. Washer/dryer being available in the unit was also an added benefit. Portable fans were provided in each room which were quite useful particularly on the hot and humid days in circulating air. Will definitely stay there again if available for rental next year. The owner (Jessica) was a pleasure to deal with. They even allowed us to gain access into the unit an hour earlier than normal on our check in day when they finished cleaning it quicker than expected, which was very nice! I have nothing but positives to say about the condo unit and our experience with the owners. It was a spectacular week of vacation. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your vacation property.

We ad to park our car 2 blocks away,while others could park outside room.

The place was nice, but there was no A/C just fans. Couldn't park car there while others were allowed. Didn't tell us there wasn't a pool.

Great Location

Great location for exploring the immediate and extended area. We stayed here in the "off season" but still enjoyed how close it was to the beach! It was also convenient for our day trips to Boston and Salem. It was really nice to park right our from as the "Residents Only" restriction ended on October 15th.

Cozy, comfortable and clean

We spent this past week at this location. We found it cozy, comfortable and most of all clean. Literally steps to the beach. Would recommend blackout curtains in bedrooms because if the motion detection spotlights go on, the blinds/curtains in the bedroom right off of the living room do not keep the light out, actually gets pretty bright at 2am.. Would also recommend a small basin to rinse feet off before entering when coming in from the beach. We swept the floors every evening to help combat the sand, but you are at the beach. Jessica emailed us to let us know that we would be able to get into the unit earlier than expected and was quick to report when there was an issue with the smoke detector/alarm that started to go off randomly Fri morning/afternoon and had someone out immediately to take care of it. We will definitely look to book here again if we come back to the area. Dave & Lori

A snap deck or porch would have been good

For the most part we loved it. I would suggest a blind in the second window, the houses are too close together. There was a smell of vinegar in one the cabinets. Everything else was fantastic.

Excellent place!

Wonderful property! I am a senior lady traveling with a friend. Place was very clean, beds very comfortable, and owner very responsive! Parking was about 400 steps away but felt safe and easy! I’d definitely come again!
