This condo was lovely, clean, and perfectly located! We happened to be there the weekend of the Smuttynose Rockfest Half Marathon & 5K. It was fun to watch runners coming in and those cheering them on. Plus the music ROCKED! It was so nice to relax every morning on the deck with my husband while drinking our coffee with Baileys. We had everything we needed. The space was very cutely appointed, as well as decorated for Halloween. The double bedroom space was tight, but we were able to make it work. And while we were only able to park one vehicle in the parking lot, because we were there out of season, we were able to park the other car in the parking right out in front of the building. A police officer shared that the car would be fine parked there overnight, but that we need to be sure to pay for parking during the day. So all worked out well. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy that which we did.

We had a great time at this condo despite the weather being on the cool side with a few rainy days. Even on those days it was so nice sitting on the balcony enjoying that spectacular view! The condo has very nice furnishings and the beds were comfy. The only suggestion would be to have instructions for the tv..its xfinity streaming which we weren't familiar with but managed to find a few shows to watch during those rainy days. Also, the mini split ac system is great but if you're not familiar with it, some instructions might help. All in all though, this condo is great and we would most definitely consider it again.

Perfect location and accommodations

Great location, great accommodations, thoughtful attentive hosts. So many things to do in the area. Ours was an off high season relax, rejuvenate and destress get away. Will definitely return. Thank you Karla & Jose

Oceanfront Perfection!

It was perfect! I loved the balcony and listening to the ocean! It was beautiful to see the sun rise right from the balcony every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked and updated, everything was very clean and we had a lovely time!

Wonderful stay

There were so many items we found which were so helpful- food items like salt and pepper, oil, coffee, sweetener. It really was like being at home, with an ocean view.Our host was very responsive and polite. All in all, a great time. Thank you.

Beautiful ocean/beach views

Well maintained, clean and cozy condo that couldn't be more conveniently located to Hampton Beach. Parking close to elevator. We felt safe and secure. Very quiet in late November.

Perfect vacation on the beach

The location, the equipment, the communication were perfect. It's close to restaurants, the beach, shops and you can see the fireworks from the balcony. The elevator simplifies access with luggage and children. We'll go back any time. Perfect for relaxing without constraints. Another good point: parking is secured by a barrier and far from street traffic.

Beautiful place. Great hosts.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property - We especially loved mornings on the patio overlooking the ocean. There’s a great coffee shop about a block away, and the beach is just across the street. Communication with the owners was amazing. There was a power outage in Hampton Beach late one night and when I alerted Karla, she responded quickly and made the appropriate contacts to be sure the electric company had a crew on the way. Power was restored in about 2 hours. Beautiful condo in a great location.

First time visiting the north east shore. This location was excellent not only for Hampton Beach but also served as our home base as we sight see’d up and down the coast. Unit was as described and shown in the photos. Very well appointed and decorated for the season (very nice touch). Would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a quiet location on Hampton Beach and within a few footsteps to the beach and just on the edge of the board walk. Our visit was mid September and while a lot of the shops and attractions were already shut down for the season. There was still plenty to occupy and several restaurants open. We preferred this and can imagine the area gets pretty busy otherwise. Recommendations: I would be to add more pillows to the bedrooms or if you are able, bring some along. I would also consider leaving a small cooler for guest to use at the beach (chairs and beech toys were available at the unit for guest).

Life's a Beach

Perfection..!! My stay here made a non-beach person excited to book again. The hosts were a click away for any/all information needed. If you want a gorgeous condo.. over looking the Atlantic Ocean.. while having all the "beach life" ammenties st your finger tips.. Book it..!! :)

Excellent location, great view, very nice stay

The location of this property is perfect as there is no closer access to Hampton Beach if staying on Ocean Blvd. A new building so everything was perfect and excellent service provided by property manager. Great week and highly recommended.
