Beach. Access to beach is a 1 minute walk across a small street, modern, clean, comfortable, relaxing and clean 325 sq ft studio/ condo sleeps 4. Listen to the ocean waves crash, watch the seagulls soar and the astonishing sunrises from your expansive windows/ patio door in your room. You are a 1-minute walk to N. Beach for sunbathing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, reading or just a stroll with your loved ones. Less than 2 miles away from Hampton Beach, Casino Ballroom, local restaurants and bars (Seasonal seafood festival, movies on the beach, live music, fireworks & Sand sculpture contest . Less than 24 miles from Lee Speedway. Variety of walking/ hiking trails in local area, 34 miles from Water and Amusement parks, Shop at Kittery Premium Outlets less than 19 miles away.

Would definitely stay again! Nice location and easy beach access with amazing view. Be aware there is no ice available in the building or in the condo. Otherwise a 10/10 and host was rapid in response to questions and timely in communication

The host was very informative and helpful. Great views of the beach. Room was clean and spacious enough for 3. We were able to walk to the boardwalk! I would book again!

The accommodations were fantastic along with the proximity to everything. Only suggestion, and I realize the ocean mist spray is relentless, if the windows could be cleaned and/or leave product for guests to clean. Beautiful view.Thanks again.

My husband, son and I had a fantastic experience at this property. The room was impeccably decorated and had a calming beach vibe to it. It was clean and up-to-date with extraordinary views of the ocean. The balcony was enjoyable to sit out on and listen to the waves and watch people walking, biking, or enjoying the beach. We only had to cross the street to get to the beach area. It was clean, spacious and provided ample opportunity for enjoying the water. The town was a couple minute drive or a 20 minute walk. We chose to drive and found spaces available for parking. It was filled with many stores and restaurants along with nightly entertainment. Other restaurants were about a 10 minute drive from the property but easy to find. We absolutely loved the experience, the beautiful area, and the accommodations made it that much more enjoyable. It is highly recommended!

Perfect beach get away with young kids

Beautiful views. Condo is right across the road from the beach, this made it very easy to enjoy the beach with my young children. We had a blast!

Little beach getaway

It’s a beautiful spot even though it rained most of our time there :) we still made the best of it! Nothing like waking up to the ocean! It was the perfect space for us and we had a great time!

This is by far the best location in Hampton. Direct oceanfront views with private balcony. Far enough from all the hustle and bustle provides generous quiet time. Close enough to go grab food in less than 10 mins. Beautiful sunrise views. Unit itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The check in at the front door was glitchy. Had to attempt several times before we could enter. The place was very nice and the view from the balcony spectacular. We watched the sunrise every morning. I loved walking on the beach in front of the condo.

Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating.

Nice place for 2

Clean and pleasant. My husband & I slept comfortably however our teenagers would not recommend the sleeper sofa for comfort. Great communication. Would stay again!

GREAT WEEKEND AWAY

The property was very clean and was just as pictured. We had never stayed on this side of Hampton before (away from the bars/restaurants & shops) but it was a great experience . The beach was a few steps away from the front door of the property and it was less crowded than the Southern end of Ocean Blvd so it was relaxing. We would definitely pick this property again for future trips. Sarah

This was a great location- close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away. The view was wonderful. Watched the sunrise from the balcony. Could hear traffic when sitting outside. Walking to the beach takes like a minute. The inside is more appealing than the outside. Very pleased.

Wonderful place

The room , the host, and location was terrific. One glitch is that there is about an 8-9 inch step down going to the balcony that is not marked with any signage.I fell going out into a chair that was stored there marked with any warning signage,,

Absolute gem!

I had a weekend getaway in Hampton Beach, and booked this condo based on pictures and reviews. It did not disappoint! It was exactly as pictured, and extremely clean, spacious, and the bed and bedding were so comfortable! The view is simply magical. It was freezing outside, but the heater worked great and I stayed toasty and warm with the ocean view to enjoy. The condo was supplied with everything I could have needed. Wendy was a great communicator and very accommodating. I will definitely be back soon!

Great View for 2

I chose 4 stars as the internet was poor (which made for streaming movies near impossible). We were fortunate to have exceptional weather, but in the fall we weren’t sure what to expect and had it rained this would have made us much more frustrated. Also traveling in October most of the stores and eating options on the main strip in Hampton beach are closed so something to be aware of. The listing doesn’t really mention that anywhere. However we found other great options in the area, but just not walkable.

Holli, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had encountered any internet issues during your stay. We had not heard you had any issues during your stay. We wish you would have made us aware of your frustration as we would have remedied any problems. We have not had any issues in the past so we were not aware of internet problems. After the summer months at the beach, the tourist activity winds down and some businesses are only seasonal. We have many suggestions in our “Welcome Book” that we provide for other non seasonal options that would have helped with other dining options.
