Riverside Condo with access to beach and bay!!

Spend your vacation in this cozy and relaxing Riverside 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that offers views of the gulf and the Ole River. The kitchen is modernized with granite countertops and beautiful glass tile backsplash. The plank floors offer a beachy feel and match beautifully with the beach decor. The master bedroom offers a king bed with full bath attached. The guest room features twin beds and adjoins another bath that is also accessible from the main living area. The sofa opens to a queen sleeper. The complex offers fishing and crabbing, swimming in indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis. Swim out to the sandbar and splash in the waters of the Ole River or walk across the street to the deeded access of the Gulf of Mexico. Just 1/10th of a mile from the white sands of the beach, there is a crosswalk with a traffic stop that allows for quick and easy crossing of Perdido Beach Blvd. This condo offers something for everyone!

Great location

Perfect location away from the crowds. Across the street from beach but easy access and loved the scenery on Ole River.

Great Location. Easy Check-In.

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we will definitely be back as regular customers. The description of the condo is accurate and the location is great!! Check-In and communication with owner is easy. The only issue I noticed, which is no fault of the owner, is that the cleaning crew does not mop the floor regularly.

Awesome stay!

We loved this condo so much! One of the best ones we've stayed at. Even though it's not on the beach it's SO easy to get there. Such a quiet nice little spot. We will definitely be back!

Condo was just right size. Wish we would’ve known that the docks and on property boat parking were for owners only in advance. Maintenance man was borderline rude when telling us that we couldn’t park our boat in the trailer and boat parking area. Signs did not state owners only.

The property has quite a few issues. I told the property manager about black mold on almost all the vents in the condo on Monday. She scheduled a HVAC company on Wednesday morning. They came looked at it and said it needed new vents and that they would return. Never returned by Saturday because we left a day early due to allergies driving everyone crazy. The sliding back door has no lock just a wooden pole to ensure that no one could break in. The closet door in the master bedroom was off the brackets. The floor in the kitchen has loose planks. You can tell that the owner does not stay at the condo and just rents it out. I hope they visit it and fix the issues that it has. The property manager never asked if the problem with the black mold was resolved. Getting a parking pass wasn’t explained clearly in the directions. The parking should’ve been provided by the owner according to the management company but had to pay $30 to get a parking pass.

Great location

The location is phenomenal my boys spent most of the time on the dock fishing and my daughter and I at the beach or pool. FYI for future visitors The indoor pool and 2nd outdoor pool are across the street at the high rise also bring EVERYTHING you need TP, coffee, condiments, ice etc. we will definitely stay again!

Nice location and comfy condo

Stayed here for long weekend. Enjoyed everything about condo - especially the pool since it overlooks Ole River so plenty to watch. The beds were very comfy and overall condo was delightful. Not much of view from balcony. Only yuck, which isn’t property managers issue, was told needed parking pass. Twice tried to get and office closed both times. So didn’t get one - ended up not being a problem I guess since complex wasn’t full. Suggest need to include parking pass in cost of rental to provide to renters and then property manager just handles getting pass to condo to be available.

Had one small issue with bed linens but owner promptly resolved. Only negative comment is more saucepans are needed in kitchen. Will stay here again.

Great condo, but needs to be cleaned

The condo was great. Everything was exactly as it was stated in the description. The o my problem that we had was the cleanliness of the condo. I had my 16 month old baby and I let him walk barefoot when we were in the condo and his feet were black on the bottom. We all had black feet if we walked without shoes. The floors didn’t have anything visible on them, so I know they had been swept, but they haven’t been mopped in a long time. I know that the owner isn’t the one doing the cleaning, so I’m only writing this to let them know.

The air went out during our stay. The owner was very quick to respond and the air was fixed before we returned from the beach!

Spring get away

The condo is cute, beds are very comfy, appliances were pretty new and worked well. The shower off master is very small, but workable. The pool area was very nice…watching all the boats going by was nice, watching dolphins in water behind condo was awesome! Owner was available to answer any questions. We had a nice stay overall.

I used VRBO to book my stay. It didn't tell us our condo number 😔. But I called the property manager, and she got us all fixed up asap!

Not we’re you want to stay!

Well where to begin! In the kitchen cabinets where they meet the floor something has chewed the baseboard looks like rodent problem ! Nasty! The hot water heater only has enough water for very short shower! We had small children that needed to be bathed no plug for tub! Poorly equipped condo.! The walls are dirty and need to be painted I could go on and on very disappointing won’t be back.

Great location and pool!

We stayed for 5 days and the location just off the beach was great. We also enjoyed the pool when the jelly's made the beach less than ideal for our littles. The nearby restaurants were great. We will be back again!

Wonderful experience

It was just as we hoped. Lovely Condo with everything we needed. Only issue was parking. Had three vehicles and only allowed two parking passes

My husband and I grew up vacationing on the gulf and the back waters of Orange Beach. We love the Ole River area. We spent many summers fishing and crabbing at the beach and laying the days away on the sugar beaches of Orange Beach. We have three children and do our best to pass our love of the ocean and outdoors along to them. We love to bring them to Lei Lani so they can enjoy all the activities that made us fall in love with this area.

We chose Lei Lani because it offers everything we love in a beach home. We have great access to the Ole River and the beach. We are able to take long walks on the beach searching endlessly for unique seashells, while at the same time crabbing and fishing from the docks. Our children enjoy swimming out to the sand bar and playing there, and paddleboarding and kayaking.
