We had a wonderful time in this Brookings home. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants, the home was beautifully decorated and stocked with all essentials and more. We highly recommend this property.

Cute and quaint little cottage type of feel. Centrally located which made plans easy. Check in process was easy with quick and attentive communication. Landlords sent a great text with all the info you need about the best restaurants and shops in and around town. Will be back!

The place is nicely decorated and very clean. You will pretty much find everything you need in it. They advertise AC but I guess they are referring to the portable in the living room area? We slept good and had a good time. Everyone is very friendly.

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for what we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the location is great- we could walk to our favorite coffee shop and a great restaurant. There were many things that showed how thoughtful the property manager is like enough clean towels, extra blankets, comfortable places to relax, bathroom stocked with shampoo and soap, etc etc. Bobbie is one of the nicest and most helpful property managers we’ve ever dealt with! We love this area and look forward to our next stay.

The host was wonderful! Responded to questions promptly and offered great suggestions on where to go and things to do. Very friendly and flexible with the needs of our crew - 3 young boys can make things unpredictable at times! Absolutely loved being able to walk to so many wonderful spots - fishing, food, boats and beaches :) Will definitely stay there again!!!

Wonderful place with a view of the harbor and some peeks at the ocean. Lots to watch, birds and people milling about. Easy access to all the harbor fav's, walking on the spit, charter fishing is right there...nice. The place faces south and has full sun in the afternoon. The temps are usually wonderful so open the windows to let in the breezes, that keeps the place comfy. Unfortunately, we didn't do that the first day so it got rather warm. After that though, we had the system down. The harbor loop is right there so expect vehicle noise (i.e. don't close the windows to block the noise in the late afternoon), but not so bad that we wouldn't stay there again.
