This beautiful home on the water is located a half mile to the beach, shops, restaurants, boatramp, and more! Deep water dock behind house with cabana and upper deck. Perfect for kids to fish and crab from. Excellent views of boats, water, dolphins, and you can even see the ocean from the top level. Huge kitchen with all the amenities including Subzero fridge, 3 ovens, Keurig coffee maker, and all dishes included. 4 Comfortable bedrooms with all new Mattresses. 2 with porch and water views, and 2 face the front of the house. Foosball table, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, hot/cold water outside shower, 5 bicycles, 2 kayaks, sheets, towels and beach chairs all included with this property. Walk to the beach in 8-10 minutes, or relax on your hammock, either way you slice it, this house is super comfortable and relaxing! Most guests find it difficult to leave after a week of watching boats go by.
Sorry no Pets! Will result in loss of deposit.

Perfect Channel-Side Getaway

This waterfront home exceeded our expectations. Perched along the channel, the house treated us to a spectacular view. The comfortable interior provided everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a relaxing Wrightsville Beach retreat, this is it.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

We all had a wonderful time! Never had to get in the car during our stay. So close to beach, shopping, restaurants, Flotilla and fireworks. Gorgeous home and location:)

Everything you want and more!

This home is exactly what we were looking for. Great neighborhood and location. Very walkable to the beach and good restaurants. The private dock and view of the sound was phenomenal! Everyone in our group agreed that we never wanted to leave because it was so amazing. Ric is very responsive and accommodating.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Rick is an amazing host and was attentive to every detail. The location is perfect as you can easily walk over the bridge to the beach or can quickly get off the island for other activities without dealing with backed up traffic. Loved the bikes and kayaks as well! Thanks for a great week.

Excellent!

We stayed five nights for our daughter’s wedding. It was a wonderful stay. The view is fantastic and the sunrises were gorgeous! We wish we had more time to relax out on the dock. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Ric is a great host who checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great for large group

Enjoyed gathering for a friend's daughter's wedding. Had time to also kayak, bike and play pool. The nice deck chairs provided a beautiful spot to watch the water activity, shorebirds and jumping fish. Great place to hang out!

Family Get Together

Property was perfect for a family get together with an open living room/dining room/kitchen with a huge game room on the top floor. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. Decks on each floor with beautiful views of the channel. Also enjoyed the dock and two available kayaks.

Great house and location

Nice views of waterway from all 3 decks with nice chairs. Nice amenities ~ ice maker, bikes, one kayak, ping pong, cornhole, Pool table. The decor and kitchen are dated. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. Very convenient location to everything.

All the Bells and Whistles

What an amazing house! We were exploring waterfront (not oceanfront) in Wrightsville Beach, and this house was perfect. Beautifully sited on the water with a dock; well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The upper level features pool and foosball, which kept us entertained. I like to cook, and found the kitchen had everything I needed. The owner was very responsive and solicitous. Overall, a first class experience.

Everything We Hoped For & More

Spacious kitchen - best equipped of any beach rental we have ever experienced. Perfect for multiple cooks preparing Thanksgiving dinner. The location was ideal for walking or biking to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. The sound view of boats going by and sunrise and sunset from the porch or the upper deck of the dock are indescribably gorgeous. The house is clean and well appointed, and the owner is responsive and flexible. It was hard to leave, but we take wonderful family memories with us. And this is a house we will definitely want to return to!

AMAZING HOUSE, AMAZING LOCATION

Our family and extended family rented this house for my daughter's graduation from UNCW. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location. The house was big enough for everyone to spread out and never feel crowded or on top of each other. It had everything we needed - plenty of linens, utensils, beach toys/games, etc. We loved the location, as it was in a quiet little neighborhood that was within walking distance to the beach stores, restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed walking the loop at Wrightsville Beach. Our favorite spots were the main level deck and the top deck on the dock. We loved watching all the action on the water - early morning swimmers, paddle boarders, boats, and jet skis. The owner was super helpful and always quick to respond via text or VRBO messages. We definitely hope to be back soon. It was the perfect house for our family.

We have this house professionally cleaned before and after each visit.
