Welcome to our condo on the 19th floor of Lighthouse Towers! We purchased this condo in 2003 and renovated it in 2021. We are excited for you to enjoy vacationing in this beautiful space.

Lighthouse Towers is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in prestigious Sand Key, known for its sugary white sand, pristine water, terrific shelling, and outstanding restaurants. This gated complex with 24 hour security offers amenities comparable to luxury resorts; with an elegant formal lobby, a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis court, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, outdoor grill, wet-bar cabana, and one reserved parking spot. The building features a sunny pool area all day, since the pool is situated beside the building rather than behind it. Lighthouse Towers is meticulously maintained and landscaped.

Lighthouse Towers is steps away from Sheraton Sand Key Resort and Sand Key Park.

This amazing property offers a true dream vacation and the ultimate in luxury! The condo has stunning ocean views from floor to ceiling sliders that look out to the wide white sandy beach and sparking blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, walk-in closet, living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony off of living room and master bedroom.

Master bedroom has 2 sliding doors leading to balconies overlooking the gulf. There is a king size bed with beautiful linens, side tables with lamps, and dresser with mirror, a walk-in closet with plenty of storage, and a 39” LCD TV with expanded cable. The en-suite master bath has plush towels, walk in shower, and double sinks.

The second bedroom has views of the intracoastal waterway. There is a queen size bed with a Twin XL trundle. There are 2 spacious closets, and it is attached to the second, full bathroom with tub/shower. There is a desk with 2 monitors for remote work.

The living room has a leather sofa and 2 comfy recliners, with 55” LCD TV (Fire TV and expanded cable). Dining area has a table with 4 comfortable chairs. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The balcony has a small table and 2 comfortable chairs to enjoy your time taking in the view.

The condo was gutted and renovated in December 2021. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, ceilings, appliances, paint, etc. Fresh and beautiful!

The condo includes everything you will need for your stay, including towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 TVs with cable, large capacity washer/dryer, broadband internet and wifi.

Perfect view! Wonderful Condo

The Lighthouse Towers condo on Sands Key was everything it advertised. The location in proximity to the beach, could not be better. The location in terms of things to do is magnificent. From walking nature trails, to visiting museums, to the availability of wonderful food ( check out Seaweed) to enjoying the uncrowded beach it is easy to fill each day with an adventure. The condo itself really is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is immaculately kept. From the comfortable beds, to the terrific shower and kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and pantry items, this place is a gem. Susan made it so easy for us to enjoy our three weeks. We would definitely recommend her condo and hope to return.

Vacation

Sue was very helpful and supportive in assisting me with paperwork for signing up for the rental. The cable TV was off for one week of our stay and one of the elevators of only two was out of service for 12 of our 14 day stay. The building and our rental was clean and comfortable.

Great Condo!

This condo was as advertised. It was in a great location on Sand Key. It was right on the beach with a nice pool. It was newly remodeled and very comfortable. We were very pleased with the property. The owner was very nice and helpful and we enjoyed getting to know the other condo guests. Highly recommend this property.

Serene setting with gorgeous views

This condo is lovely and has breathtaking views of the beach and gulf from the balcony and living room and primary bedroom. You can see Clearwater Beach lit up at night from the balcony. In the morning, I could see dolphins playing across the road in the inter coastal from the kitchen window and second bedroom. Spacious, clean unit and the building and pool area are very well maintained by friendly staff. The beach is quiet here. A superbly peaceful getaway I would highly recommend and Susan is a gracious and communicative and thoughtful host. Can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful R&R

We got up every morning seeing the activity of the gulf (pelicans diving for a meal, dolphins swimming & jumping by boats, people walking the beach, etc. ) We collected many amazing shells and visited some great places along Sand Key. The French Bakery was my wife’s favorite just three miles south. I went golfing at Fargo Golf Course just a short distance away and very reasonable cost. It was a very quiet area of the gulf and a great location. The breeze off the gulf gets strong at times- just put a towel at the bottom of the front door and no more whistle. Thank you Sue for sharing your place.

Excellent property

My family and I had an excellent time. The description of the property and the amenities are 100% accurate, and Sue couldn’t have been any more enjoyable to work with. The view of the Gulf was amazing, the pool in awesome, and the facility is in a great location. I would recommend this property to anyone.

roll up bed

Apt. is beautiful , on beach, with perfect view. One small complain: we had 24 year old daughter who slept on blow up bed , without any blanket or cover (we had to buy ours) ??? Maybe roll in bed is better idea ( blow up bed on tiles wake up all building as soon as you try to toss and turn), there is enough space in closet to keep it, Donna

Gorgeous view!!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Weather was chilly, but view from Livingroom & bedroom was fabulous. It made our stay fantastic. So much to do in the area. We walked the beach each day, since it was still warm for us northerners. Short walking distance were shops, restaurants & more. Our host was very responsive & there were no issues at all, as all went so well.

It was a wonderful experience and property. Some annoying repairs were happening during my stay in the unit above mine but I assume it shouldn’t affect other renters going forward.

great time

We recently stayed at this condo for Jan/Feb of this year and absolutely loved it. The pictures posted are spot on for how the unit looks and the spectacular view that awaits you everyday. The building and pool area are maintained very nice and the condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Sue was a pleasure to work with and was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would definitely return here again in the future.

Perfect ocean view vacation condo

This is our second time staying in this perfect ocean view condo. The condo is in a very safe and gated building and is right on the beach! The beach has never been crowded when we visited and love the sand. Perfect sunrise and sunsets over the ocean is what you see from the wall of windows in living room and bedroom. Very clean condo with well equipped kitchen. Close to shopping, restaurants, and fun things to do in Clearwater! We love staying here and would definitely recommend to those who love a fun beach vacation as much as we do!

Loved our stay at the Lighthouse Towers

We sure enjoyed our stay-condo was great and the view spectacular. Very clean, well stocked, and the grounds, pool, and building very clean and well kept. We will definitely rent here again.

Two Months at Lighthouse Towers Unit #404

My wife and I have wintered on Sand Key many times. The location of Lighthouse Towers is ideal. It is only a mile or two from all the activity on Clearwater beach if that is your desire. There are two excellent restaurants within walking distance from the condo. Don't miss breakfast at Maggie's which is also located a short walk from the condo. LHT is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach there is uncrowded and the view from the condo is beautiful. Amazing sunsets and a very quiet laid back atmosphere. Susan K. owns and manages the property. She is very prompt and efficient in handling all communications and transactions. She is a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful time during our stay at this condo. We highly recommend this property if you want a wonderfully relaxing getaway.

Lighthouse Towers

Condo views were great. Very quiet but friendly people. Felt very safe within the condo and on the grounds. Only complaint was the condo didn't have the air conditioner low enough to keep mold smell out. But I felt so comfortable that I bought one of the condos in the building.

Fabulous vacation

I rented this property so that my mom, one of my daughters, and myself could visit with another daughter and son in law. We wanted to be on the beach and this condo was it! The views from the condo of the ocean and the sunsets were so beautiful! The condo itself was great. Very bright with all the windows and very comfortable. This condo was very clean and updated and had all the necessities that we needed for a great stay. The owner of the condo was very quick to respond to questions we had about the condo. She made sure we made it to the condo safely and told us to contact her if we needed anything. The condo is close to stores and restaurants and there is a trolley you can catch right by the condo that will take you to certain places around the area. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a great vacation .

Very nice and quiet place!

My husband and I had a relaxing, lovely and comfortable stay in the condo at the Lighthouse towers in Clearwater . Sand key is magnificient and very pleasant. We will would like to go back there eventually. The condo itself was clean and tidy and the view was astonishing. The owner was kind and answered quickly to any request or question we had. We recommend this condo.

It doesn't get better than this!

My wife and I again, enjoyed a relaxing two week stay in Lighthouse Towers. This is the second year in a row that we have rented a condo from Susan and have found the experience top of the line. The view of the Gulf is outstanding, sunsets amazing, and amenities in the condo are just as described. Sue provides everything you need for a relaxing beach visit. Sand Key is just south of the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach which adds much to those looking for a QUIET beach vacation with quick access to many of the things the area has to offer. We loved starting each day with a long walk on the beach. Whether it be an evening ball game at Tropicana Field or a night dining out or shopping after soaking up the sun on the beach all day, one can be sure that their vacation will be enjoyable. This year, we took in a show at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. The performing arts center and entertainment was outstanding and just a short drive from the condo. Sue was prompt with all communications and questions concerning this rent and given the experience we have had the last two years, I wouldn't be surprised if we seek to spend some more time here next Spring.

Lighthouse Towers Condo was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse Towers very much. The unit was just like it was described and the owner was very helpful with any problems we encountered. We would highly recommend this property. The view of the Gulf was magnificent and the beach was fantastic .

Beautiful Condo and Location

My wife along with our son have stayed in the Sand Key area for the last several years during our vacation. This year we were determined to find a condo and stay longer. We made contact with Susan who was extremely helpful by walking us through the process. Her condo at Lighthouse is in fabulous condition and stocked with all the needed necessities. It is exactly what is depicted in the photographs. The complex itself is in immaculate condition and well maintained. Our 7 year old son enjoyed all the amenities and had the best time. The view of the gulf is unbelievable and the short walk to the beach makes it so much easier, especially since Susan had all the needed beach supplies ready to use. I will be staying here again and would recommend it to all of my family and friends.

A very good place to stay

An excellent condo unit with a view to die for!! The unit is very spacious with excellent facilities. However, the selling point for me was getting up in the morning and seeing that wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. I used to walk along the beach most mornings and if you are into shelling, bird watching or just meeting friendly people along the way, this is your place. The unit is is in a very secure condo with friendly security and maintenance staff. It is close to excellent restaurants - the Columbia (one of the best restaurants I have ever been to), the Backwaters and Al and Stella's. If you are a couple or maybe enertaining friends for a short while, this is a place for you.
