Located in the heart of Amish Country in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania is this charming guest house, perfect for your family get-away, or special occassion.

This property is within walking distance of Rockvale Outlets, and within 5 miles of Kitchen Kettle, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland, Amish Quilt Shops, Tanger Outlets, Sight and Sound Millenium Theatre, Buggy Rides, Hot Air Balloon Rides,and many Restaurants with Amish Cooking.

With 4 bedrooms two on the first floor and 2 on the second floor ,two full bathrooms, and enough room to accommodate 11 guests, this home is a fantastic size for multiple families or groups traveling together. This home is fully furnished throughout with everything you need to be as relaxed as possible during your stay, including in-unit laundry machines, wireless internet access, and comfortable seating for everyone. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, before gathering around the adjacent dining area for a fun family dinner. There’s also a gas grill and deck with outdoor dining area that you and your companions are welcome to enjoy.

The hostess was friendly and helpful! The home was inviting, clean, and comfy! The kitchen had what we needed but we spent most all our days out! Great location to eat out and see lots of antiques and shops nearby! My third time staying there and I would highly recommend it!

Anna was amazing to work with! Her house was extremely clean and well kept. Wonderful location and close to everything. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed lots of family time sitting around talking and didn’t even miss a TV. Oh and the couch is the MOST comfortable couch ever!! Thank you Anna!

This is a great home! The host greeted us, she had a pie in the freezer for us, and cold water in refrigerator. The house is lovely, very clean, roomy, nicely decorated, and well stocked. It is also in an excellent location to many restaurants and shopping areas.

Perfect family vacation

Anna’s house is perfect. It is clean and cozy. Restaurants and popular places to visit in Lancaster are within a short drive. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back next year.

Great time!

It was very clean and the location was great for the sight and sound theatre. The hospitality was wonderful. If we visit this area again we will definitely check availability of this property.

Great place to stay & visit!

The house was spacious and comfortable. Large enough for 3 couples and 4 children under the age of 9. Conveniently located near all the Pennsylvania Dutch attractions outside of Lancaster. Anna was a great host and we appreciate her kindness.

At Home in Lancaster

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. There was a 2 yr space between visits yet it's as if he never had left!

Best Ever

I think this is the best place we have ever stayed! The pastoral view from the back is incredible. The house was comfortable, clean, beautiful. It was close to a lot of the places we wanted to go. We hope to be back many, many times.

Amish Gem

We stay here for an annual girls trip. We love the homeowner and location. The view in the backyard is spectacular. The home has everything we need.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this location. It’s beginning to feel like our home away from home. We can’t imagine a more convenient location when staying in Lancaster County. It’s central to all the points of interest. Plenty of room with comfortable bedrooms, fully functional kitchen, and a nice back deck with a lovely view. Anna, the host, is wonderful.

We loved this place
