We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and located in a beautiful area. The beds were comfortable, and the decor throughout the house was really cute and welcoming. We felt very at home and comfortable during our stay and would definitely book the house if we were to stay in the area again.

Our family of 5 had a great stay! My parents live at Willow Valley and this was such an easy and convenient place for us for the week. The house is super clean, well stocked and the host is very responsive.

Outstanding! Really cute place. Stayed the weekend for a wedding. The location was perfect and the accommodations were wonderful. Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Inside it’s very nice.

We sooooo enjoyed our stay at Casa Chic!!!! It was like home away from home! Beautifully decorated and we loooovvvved the game room!! Heather was on point with communication when we had a short unexpected power outage one morning! We went on a scheduled tour and when we returned the power was back on! Heather kept me informed the entire time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would come again! Thank you so much Heather for your great hospitality and the stay at the adorable Casa Chic! Peace and Blessings!

I wanted to give 5 stars. The place is very nice. We had a few issues, and they all depend on who you are and how you intend to use the property. We are over 65, so #1 - that couch in the living room is uncomfortable and so low my husband could not get up from it as it sits extremely low to the ground. #2 - the ice maker did not work - we are big on ice. There were no trays. Property manager, responsive, but did not fix. and #3 - my husband does have some mobility issues. The shower that is close to the primary bedroom was just too closed in, think phone booth. That meant he had to step over the tub for the other bathroom. It was slippery inside the tub and he fell. No bars in there either. I did go out and get a tub mat and once installed no more issues. Last issue - the outdoor patio was being taken over by a plant by the sliding glass door, you couldn't access the patio using the slider. The remodel is very lovely, and lots of great ideas, things to do with puzzles, air hockey, etc. The washer & dryer are amazing! I loved the locking system on the doors, The kitchen, coffee bar and island are excellent.

We booked this stay in Lancaster while we were in town for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook, which is only 20-25 minutes away, and is an easy drive. The house was incredibly clean, and perfect for our family of 4. It has two full bathrooms, which is actually really hard to find in a rental at a reasonable price in Lancaster. Our kids loved the house - the record player (great musical taste also by the owners), the game room, darts, air hockey, connect 4, the huge couch. The beds were super comfortable, and the house overall was perfect. It’s actually much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was very roomy and comfortable. There are two living rooms with large couches and TVs which makes it nice to spread out and not feel cramped. It’s in a quiet part of town. The neighborhood is great, and we were able to talk a 3 mile walk and go to the neighborhood’s park. Location was excellent - very close to all the attractions of Lancaster, but away from the traffic and road noise. We will stay here again every time we come to Lancaster. This place is a hidden gem. The owners communicated with us so well, and were so kind and proactive. Overall, this was perfect. We were very glad we stayed here. 10/10!

We are 4 senior ladies who often travel together. This was one of the best places we have stayed. The house was stocked with lots of useful things. There was plenty of room for us to gather together, or if we wanted to be alone, we could do that as well. We only went to the basement once just to see it, but we were content on the main level. The only complaint we had was we wish that the sofa that was in the basement was the one that was in the living room. Dealing with Heather was very easy. The location was excellent for things we were doing.
