Waterfront Property close to Discovery bike trail

Our vacation rental is a lovely daylight basement apartment with large windows and beautiful views of Sequim Bay. The home was built in 2008 to take advantage of the gorgeous water views from every room. Quiet is the key word here.

It is perfect for couples and is pet friendly. It is not fenced.
There is a charge of $25.00 per pet.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a single, extra-long twin bed. There is a nice, full bath & shower with granite counter top.

The living room has a nice sofa with Amazon streaming Firestick TV, (no cable). Wifi is available.
Radiant heating.
High speed cable internet.
There is a full kitchen area equipped with a standard oven stove combination, microwave, coffeepot, fridge & freezer and most utensils. If utensil is not available we probably have it upstairs.

This location is stunningly beautiful and the accommodations are clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and well-designed. The only problem you might have is if you require a firm mattress, but the beauty and comfort is otherwise compelling.

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Some early morning noise from upstairs. Lots of extra supplies which made our stay very comfortable. All directions were clear and accessible when needed.

The location was very tranquil & rental property was clean & convenient. We loved the scenery & walking trails. The only detractor was walking on a concrete slab with arthritic feet. The concrete floor was beautifully painted & not immediately appeared as a slab. Perhaps a couple more area rugs would be helpful for us older folks? Other than that, it was a lovely anniversary trip.

Fantastic View

We had a wonderful 4 night stay and enjoyed the unit thoroughly. Good bedding and very clean. We had plenty of room plus there’s a nice lawn in front of the unit to sit and admire the beautiful scenery. The water is gorgeous and thanks for the use of the binoculars. We could water the boaters and see them catch fish.

The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. It was clean, warm and fully equipped for a weekend stay. Great views and proximity to state parks, restaurants and grocery stores.

Beautiful View, Comfortable Space

Weekend getaway

Beautiful property, rental is basement of hosts home. Very private and quiet. Lots of windows overlooking the beautiful bay. Great location & very comfortable bed! 🌷

Quiet retreat with a beautiful view

Judy was a great host. Very responsive and had everything needed for our stay. The house was very clean and updated. She provided local recommendations for us. We had deer outside in the morning along with a seal and sea otters in the water. Our kids loved running around the yard and checking out the view of the bay. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful, quiet, clean, spectacular view

Our stay was totally delightful and carefree. Property is clean and well-cared-for, with all the amenities and equipment one needs, including a very comfortable bed. The view is mesmerizing and quite magical. Our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We’d love to return very soon.

Cozy and Relaxing

What a wonderful property! Perfect for my little family on a road trip. We used the house as a home base while we explored the Olympic National park. So clean, comfortable! Deer in the backyard, sunsets/sunrises every morning over the water was just what we needed!

Amazing view, perfect fire pit.

Beautifuly done lower level, very comfortable. Easy access for people with limited mobility. Very quite, very clean. View from every window. Judy was a great host. Highly recommended to anyone. We hope to be back.

Peaceful Retreat

We have been coming up to Sequim every 3 months or so, but this was a first-time stay here. It was easy to find and access and we found the home to be warm and comfy. It actually snowed shortly after we arrived, so that enhanced the incredible view across the bay. The owner was there and available to provide a snow shovel so we could get in and out easily. This was one of the best VRBO experiences, so we will be back, hopefully soon.

Surpassed all expectations

We came to ride the ODT and access was immediate and easy as advertised on their listing. I somehow did not realize from the listing that they are also direct, high bank water front which was a very pleasant surprise! The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed with high ceilings, full kitchen and all the equipment needed. AND, the bed was extremely comfortable!

Quiet, Comfortable, with Spectacular View

Judy is kind and helpful with a beautiful/comfortable/quiet home. We hiked the Dungeness Spit in the morning (low-tide) and then Hurricane Ridge in the afternoon. Went on a full-day whale watching cruise with Pudget Sound Express out of Port Townsend. We also enjoyed time in Sequim/Port Angeles. The rental is close to the 101 with easy access to all the above. Of much importance to us, the beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The view of the bay is visible from every window. Much appreciated after busy days.
