This newly renovated unit located on the 5th floor of the complex offers expansive 180 degree aqua blue views of the gulf of Mexico. Amenities included with your stay are a heated swim through indoor/outdoor pool, large hot tub, four person sauna, two pool tables and a foosball table, full gym with ocean views, a grill area with four brand new stainless grills, cable tv in all rooms, Netflix and Hulu as well as Bluray equipped, Dvd movie collection, full size washer and dryer, and free wifi. We are four minutes from Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Go Karts, and Goofy Golf, and only 17 minutes from the Foley Tanger Outlets. Come enjoy the powdery white sands of this island paradise we call Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Nice layout, with a great balcony and really awesome view! The bunk bed setup was really nice for our 3 kids. The pool and hot tub, as well as the game room were a nice addition.

It was a perfect location for us. It is also quite spacious with a very nice balcony. Furniture is also very nice.

Great Oasis!

We really enjoyed this property! It was clean and really cute. We were able to host a couple of dinners with local friends with the well equipped kitchen. Had to buy salt and pepper shakers but left them for the next renters. The teenage kids enjoyed the pool tables and foosball table when they wanted a break from outside. It was easy to relax in this pleasant space!

I had to leave a day early because my knee was hurting so bad from walking up and down the stairs. My daughter had to come back she has an autoimmune disease hs. She got a bad infection on her leg from the walking up and down. And the washing machine needed maintenance and my family stayed and got woke up an hour and half before checkout and they changed the code before checkout time. Anyway worst vacation I’ve been on ever people were getting money back from the inconvenience but I’m not getting any response back.

Right on the beach was wonderful. That was the primary reason we chose this property. The bed was quite firm, and would benefit from a memory foam mattress topper. I get why owners choose a firm mattress for longevity purposes, but it was uncomfortable (note - we did not use the bunk room so have no comment on those). Huge plus - the management company, Prickett, was FABULOUS! Anytime we had a question, they replied promptly, even after hours on the weekend. We had a question about parking passes that I emailed them about after 9 pm on a Saturday after we checked in. They answered within minutes. When I let them know that the coffee pot was missing a piece, they answered immediately and offered to order another coffee maker (which we declined, I just told them I wanted them to be aware of it so they could remedy it for the next guest.) The only other negative is that the knives provided could use some sharpening. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil or appliance you would need. The balcony furniture was lovely - chairs, lounger, and chairstable. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening relaxation out there. Bonus for this location is that you can see and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. Grocery and restaurants nearby are plentiful. There is a coffee shop within half a block walk, hubs loved the coffee. Overall, nice relaxing place to stay.

Wish we could stay longer

Very much enjoyed our stay. The rates were affordable in early May. But they go WAY up as summer approaches, wasn't sure if it would be worth it so we booked for earlier. Nice property. The indoor pool was pretty small, but heated which was good. If you plan to stay here, make sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as the owners only provide one roll each. I would definitely stay here again.
