Sitting on one of the most desirable corners of Newport, rests this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. Boasting 1300 square feet, this condo has recently gone through a total renovation, including new furniture and appliances. A calm and modern atmosphere awaits you at this beach escape.
Fond memories will easily be made in this open living and dining room, whether you decide to play some of the provided games, watch a favorite movie, or reminisce about moments at the beach. Attached to the living area is a roomy, raised patio outfitted for sunbathing, entertaining and barbecuing. And you don’t have to be a seasoned chef to enjoy what our kitchen supplies; from cooking spices and storage containers to granite countertops and new appliances, the kitchen contains everything you need to make simple snacks for a day at the beach or a delicious dinner for the whole family. The master bedroom enjoys an ocean view from a comfortable queen bed, private bath, television and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a view of the Historic Balboa Pier, while the last bedroom has a full and single bunk bed. All three televisions have access to DirecTV, so no one has to miss their favorite sitcom or drama while on vacation. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer and WiFi for your convenience.
The condo is located just steps away from many popular activities such as boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and the famous Balboa Fun Zone and Ferris wheel. Local bike rentals are within walking distance. If you want to venture off the boardwalk, you are only a short stroll to the Balboa Island Ferry, which will take you to Balboa Island for shopping and delightful food adventures. You are 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and upscale shopping at Fashion Island, and only 1½ hours to San Diego.

We had a wonderful stay! The beach house was perfect, clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It was ideal for both couples and families with kids, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.The home was well-stocked with all the amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Spacious and clean property with ocean views right next to Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone, and the ferry. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The layout was perfect for our family time. We enjoyed hearing the waves crash from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Awesome unit. Host was clear with instructions and very helpful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Private dedicated garage parking. Very clean unit with excellent condition furniture, appliances and utensils. Exceeded my expectations!!

By far the best home I've ever rented for a family vacay! Perfect location! The owner is extremely responsive and kind. The house literally has EVERYTHING you need! Ya don't need to bring a thing! I rented the house for my son's spring break ( 2 teens) and it was the best time ever! We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful condo with a host that communicates efficiently and promptly. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. They were building a temporary structure in the parking lot in front of the property that semi-blocks the view, as well as construction employees were blasting their music throughout the day but that was out of the properties control and will only be temporary. If you love to be right in the heart of the peninsula and easy access to balboa this is a perfect location!

Katherine, thank you for taking such good care of our home. We are sorry for the construction noise. The location for the temporary fire station is an eyesore for the next 2 years. We hope you return soon.

We had a fabulous stay. Great location. Very nice, clean condo. Beds were comfortable (great pillow too) and the kitchen was well stocked. Large outdoor space with plenty of seating. Host was very kind. Loved taking walks and bike rides on the boardwalk and easy access to the pier.

Great location. Condo is well stocked, everything you need to make a nice meal. Plenty of seating as well. Parking is easy and secure. People watchers dream. The area has plenty to do and restaurants to eat if you aren’t into cooking. Host left clear, simple instructions and a cute welcome gift.

Great Family Getaway!
We loved our stay! Perfect location with easy access to everything. And we couldn’t get enough of the great patio for morning coffee and family card games. We will definitely be back!
