• 6 bathrooms, including 4 full bathrooms and 2 half-baths, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

• Heated Garage: Keep your vehicles safe from the elements with access to a 3-stall heated garage, with 2 stalls available for parking. Ideal for motorcycles, ATVs, and regular vehicles.

• Paved Roads & Easy Access: Enjoy smooth, fully paved roads leading up to the cabin, with convenient driveway access for all types of vehicles.

• Community Access: As a guest of The Pines, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to the Powder House Pass Community Building. This was a great place to stay with our whole family. We stayed here with 3 adult kids and their families. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We appreciated the comfortable king size beds in each room and the grandkids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals at the house. We used the hot tub every day and the kids loved that a pool was nearby. We enjoyed our vacation together so much and loved staying in a beautiful comfortable house.

The property was very nice, we had deer visit every day. Every one in the party loved the property. It was clean and well taken care of. Lead and Deadwood were just a short drive away and it was perfect for off roading with side by sides.

This place was big enough to fit in our whole family for Christmas. I loved that there was a tree and decorations up for the Holiday. I really liked all of the cooking utensils/silverware that we needed already there.

This house is amazing. We had four couples who went up for cool deadwood nights. The drive into town was not that long. It was wonderful. The house is amazing. We will definitely rent it next time we go back…. Beautiful and all the amenities were amazing the hot tub we did not use. We would love to, but we were too busy, but it was just a really beautiful nice place to stay very clean. It has two master suites on the main floor, which were wonderful, beautiful bathrooms, downstairs had one master suite, and then a master suite with a Jack and Jill bathroom to the other bedroom which was also wonderful and there’s a half bath on the main floor plenty of bathrooms plenty of bedrooms I would highly recommend it for anybody who has bigger groups and prefer to have their own privacy with the bathrooms included in the bedrooms ..

Perfect stay

Us and Theee other couples visited South Dakota to ride the trails with our ATV. This was a perfect location, gorgeous home wonderful neighborhood and had everything that we needed. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

Lots of space, two washers and dryers helped us go home with clean clothes! Loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time in the deck. Big kitchen! Enjoyed the grill! Overall great a place to stay!

Great Family House

Great space and activies for our family vacation. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy their own space while being together. Only comment would be to add rugs in the bedrooms to make the home feel less cold.

Beautiful and Well-Equipped Home

This home was perfect for our large family. The two rooms with the adjoining bathroom was perfect for the younger ones. All rooms have a king size bed and en suite, which the adults really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay again!!

Super Multi-generational Vacation Home

This beautiful home is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and separated from other rooms. The common spaces accommodate large groups, the deck and hot tub patio provide great outdoor gathering spaces. With so many places to visit in the surrounding area, this is a great vacation destination.

Great place

House was very nice and spacious. And very clean. There were 13 of us and had plenty of room for all. Tons of fridge space, towels, and we all loved the amenities at the house. We also spent time at the clubhouse pool which was also very nice. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Simple perfect

We had a group of adult ladies having a girls weekend get away- the space was so perfect! Each room had a bathroom and shower which with a bunch of women was so handy for getting ready. Will for sure be back anytime we are in the Black Hills with a group.

Powder Horn Pass

Great rental house. It still smells new. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, I was impressed with the amount of cooking utensils and dishes. Top grade appliances. I had one question during my stay and the response was almost immediate !
