Fully furnished vacation town home in a gated community. It is conveniently located only two miles to Disney Parks, Downtown Disney, water Parks and also close to Sea World and Universal Studios.

This luxury three bedroom three bathroom townhouse features a living room with premium cable LCD HDTV, a fully equipped kitchen with appliance. The master bedroom suite has a new King-size bed, pillow top mattress and bedding. The second bedroom has two twin beds. When traveling with In-laws, this is a perfect place since they don't have to climb the stairs. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom, which have all the comfort just like the upstairs bedrooms.Free long distance and local calls can be made in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. High speed wireless internet service is provided free of charge. Full size crib and outdoor grill are provided free of charge.

This town house is only two minute walk to the Club House and Community Pool. After a fun filled day at the Disney theme parks or on the golf course, what would be better than a swim in the pool or relaxing in the lounger that is so close to this town home? Other amenities include a walking trail and children’s playground. This community is close to many restaurants from McDonalds, Shoney’s to Red Lobster and Outback steakhouse. Grocery stores including Publix, Target, Winn-Dixie are just several blocks away if you want to cook your own meal.

The pictures showing the property are not what you get. The outdoor grill is rusty dirty and fallin.

There’s so much dirt, dust and grime on all surfaces that shows it has not been cleaned for 1-2 yrs. . 9 items had to be repaired Or replaced while we were there . When you rent a place you expect it to be move in ready and usable. A renter should not have to be in constant contact with owner to get something attended to. The owner is paying for a cleaning service who is only making the beds and putting up clean towels. NOTHING ELSE is getting cleaned. Dust balls on the curtains. Dirty handrails , doors and floors. Dirt and mold on slider door. I have pictures of all this if you don’t believe me. This property and the hands off approach by home away tells me that HomeAway is not a reputable or quality company to rent From.

Great place for the price

We had a great 5 night stay. The community was nice, and the pool is less than 2 minutes away. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The unit could have been a bit cleaner- The drapes definitely need to be washed as they've collected dust on the top. Other than that we had a great stay. I would stay there with my family again.

Condo was great

Spent two weeks at the condo and had a great time. The condo worked out great. It is close to the Disney parks, close to the Town of Celebration, which is a great little town. Been down there the last two years for the marathon in Celebration and it worked out great. The condo is in a gated community and has a nice pool in walking distance. Thanks for a great experience.

Very good location, but... Gross

The pro's: Great location for ease of getting to Disney parks, grocery store and freeways. The master bed was comfortable (despite..., see below). If you are used to being in a decently maintained and pretty clean home, you may not be comfortable in this townhouse. Even though the master bed was comfortable, it made me uncomfortably grossed out knowing there isn't a mattress pad/protector. Our friends in the other two bedrooms said their beds were VERY uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the place was BARELY acceptable. Apparently you're expected to bring your own washcloths, or everyone is expected to share the 2 provided in the whole place. The welcome mat at the front door is so old and curled up, it's full blown safety hazard. You can barely read the numbers on the door lock. I don't expect high or even moderate quality furnishings in an inexpensive rental, but I do think the cheap furniture should at least be put together AFTER removing the plastic it was wrapped in. Loose tiles in the bathrooms. Honestly I'm actually surprised there wasn't mold or mildew in the showers, thankfully their wasn't because I would have had to abandoned staying there at all. Light bulbs were burnt out. The battery in the dead clock in the kitchen was so old it was corroded into the clock. Bottom line, the place was uncomfortable for a number of reasons, and even though it was inexpensive - it was still overpriced for what it provided. DEFINITELY not "luxury suite" as it's stated in the description. I gave it 3 stars only because of its location and the fact it was inexpensive in the grand scheme of things (I feel 2.25 stars would be a more accurate rating).

Location! Location! Location!

Great location for Disney and all Orlando attractions. Multitude of shopping and restaurants as well as Disney within 5-10 minute drive. Property was very clean and offered the convenience of 3 full baths. All at a great price!

Disaster WE refused to stay at the property was very dirty.

We arrived early to drop off our suitcases. The property was not cleaned. All of the linens would need cleaned. The furniture smelled and unfit to sit on. We refused to subject our family to such poor standards. When I called the property manager he said go find another house to stay at. We had to stay at a hotel that cost us twice the cost of the condo. We should get a refund. I will contact VRBO about this problem.

Crestwynd Bay

This place was ok. Price was good. It could use some painting and a little better cleaning. The drapes in the kitchen need cleaned badly. The only meals we cooked was breakfast. Looks like they could use a decent grill for people wanting to cook more. Overall, it met or needs.

Needs upgrading

This property is well located to visit Disney and has quick access to the surrounding roads. We had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom when the shower was used (beyond the owners control) and it poured water into the living room and into some of our luggage. Although this leak obviously got worse, the ceiling and wall showed signs that it had been leaking for some time. We brought our grandparents and it made it very uncomfortable when the beds had no box springs and the mattresses sit directly on the floor. Beyond that, the entire condo needs an upgrade, the furniture is old and stained, the kitchen table and chairs are wobbly, the blinds and curtains are dirty and the bar stools are so short, their useless.

Great place close to Disney

We were here for AAU Volleyball and this place was convenient to both the Convention Center and ESPN. Great space for us to stretch out and comfortable rooms.

Comfort and convenience in Kissimmee

Extremely comfortable and well-apportioned property, and VERY good location near Disney parks, restaurants, shopping, and freeways. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of five, so it makes getting out the door in the mornings so much more convenient! The questions and issues that we had during our stay (nothing urgent or bad) were promptly responded to by the Owner, so we felt that the property had a good management team in place. Easy check-in and access process. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Good Rate!

Owner is quick to respond and helpful! The condo is super close to Animal Kingdom which is what we needed! It has everything you need for cooking although we ate out most of the time. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We didn’t use the pool but we did walk by there and it looked clean as well. There were a few things housekeeping over looked like towels left in the dryer (they were dry :)) and the pot to the coffee pot was missing nothing major. The bed linens were NEW and the towels seemed pretty new too! Beds were comfy. We would suggest taller bar stools and maybe sturdier kitchen chairs (nothing broke just felt wobbly). We would stay here again if it’s open next time we’re at Disney.

This is a great place to stay!

I was searching for months to try to find the most perfect place to stay while being affordable. I came across this place and when my family got there it was amazing. It was close to everything especially Disney. It was super clean. Everything was perfect, we loved it. Look forward to staying here in the future!

Great Vacation Home

We stayed here for recent Disney visit. The place was exactly as advertised and better. Our first Disney visit few years ago was staying at a standard hotel, very disappointed. So we had stayed with a condo resort for the other visits before this one. This vacation home is conveniently located, clean and well equipped it, it gave us more home feeling than the condo apartment stay. Most of all, the owner Carol is very responsive and easy to reach. We would definitely come back for future Disney trips. Yes, we just returned and now we are thinking/planning our next visit !
