Beautiful home with huge living space, large kitchen, massive deck with views of the beach and the bay. Beach access just steps away. 3 queen beds and 2 full with 2 single bunks in kids room. 4 flat screens with YouTube TV/Streaming Services. Island bar that seats 10 in kitchen. Dining table that seats 10. 2 large leather couches and two large leather chairs in living room. 13 ft vaulted ceilings with large transom windows all around. Fully paved under house and driveway. Washer-Dryer/Gas Grill/Fully furnished kitchen with Range/Oven/Microwave/Dishwasher/Blender/Toaster. Bathrooms include towels and toilet paper.

Lovely Beachhouse!

This is a very nice house, which was very clean and large. The deck was very pleasant to sit on and listen to the waves. Now this house is several houses from the actual beachfront, but it has a very nice view and like I said, hearing the waves roll in was a plus. It is a little pricey, but well worth the money spent for the week we stay.

What a great vacation!

We stayed at this home a few weeks after Hurricane Beryl came through so I was expecting some "unfinished" problems. I was very wrong! Besides the surprising amounts of sand collecting on the road, I didn't notice or see any unfinished areas. This home is very well-maintained, clean, and functional. When we walked through the front door (which is gorgeous), I felt like I was home. The home has everything that was listed in the amenities and was everything we needed. My husband, adult children, and very young grandchildren all stayed and were all very comfortable. The deck was so amazing and served every purpose, from hanging out watching the waves to reading a book in the hammock to grilling dinner for the crew! We stayed for 8 nights and always felt safe in the home and neighborhood. The beach was very close (two houses away) and was not very busy. The people we met on the beach and in the community were helpful and very nice. The community is monitored by a security company and their presence was known, but in a very passive way. During our stay, the power went out unexpectedly. The host was very responsive and looked into the reason for us. It was a small area of the community that lost power but it was back on in a few hours. The host had candles, lighters, and flashlights available and labeled the drawer so it was easy to find. I was very impressed with the "thought of everything" home. We will definitely stay again!

Trip of a life time

The first night we got there, Tropical Storm Alberto hit and flooded the whole island. The owner was so helpful in this whole process. Even going to the house personally to check and make sure everything was safe and we were safe due to the storm. The house was amazing as well. Absolutely beautiful location.

Fantastic Beach House

We had a 10/10 experience. Host was very attentive to the details and everyone in our family relaxed and enjoyed their stay. Beach view is lovely and very easy to access. Extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed. Definitely recommend!!

Fabulous stay again!

This house is the gem of Treasure Island. The perfect view of the beach and ocean in the sitting area on the side porch. We loved having our coffee there every morning. Plenty of space and everything we needed for Fantastic stay. Thank you Jim!

Excellent Property

This house has everything you could need! All the extras in the kitchen for cooking, totally open in the kitchen/living area allows for everyone to gather, tv's, games, convenient to the beach, enormous deck with plenty of room, friendly neighbors, clean neighborhood....Excellent communication with the management.... we had an amazing time and already thinking of booking again in the spring!

Perfect stay

The house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It is beautifully set up and doesn’t feel worn from the steady stream of renters. It is super clean, convenient and stocked. We would definitely rent again.

Great Ocean Views

House was exceptionally clean. Great location and the covered patio was nice to relax on with a great view of the ocean. Host was very responsive during our stay. Overall a great house, only downside was mattress’s but wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

Beautiful vacation home.

Beautiful views, clean beach, quiet neighborhood, gorgeous house, all the amenities you need to cook. All eight of us got to eat together. Very spacious patio with furniture to seat and listen to the ocean. Best vacation ever just to get away! Great communication with the host. Great place to book!

Friends Getaway

House was great! All the amenities you need. It would have been nice to have more beach/bath towels since they’re was 10 of us. Also kitchen more kitchen as well. We made it work by washing everyday, sometimes twice a day. The location on the beach is amazing. It’s a less than 2 minute to walk to the beach. The water was beautiful. I would definitely come back!

Great location and house

This house is in the perfect location. Near a quiet beach and with access to a boat ramp on the bay side. The house feels bigger than the square footage and the large deck adds a lot of space to hang out. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect location for beach vacations!

The location of this beach house is perfect. It's close to the beach (2 mins' walk at most), but also keeps its privacy and peace from people on the beach. The house itself is as described as on the website, very spacious for our family. I just hope that the host could upgrade the mattress and spring box in the guest rooms, because they make a lot of noises.

Great place for a family vacation.

We LOVED this house! It’s space is used very well and it comfortably slept our family!! I agree with other reviews that there should be a mattress topper for the bottom bunks especially if they’re for adults.. our college aged son was a bit uncomfortable on one but our grandson had no complaints on the other so I think their size differences mattered.. The house has SO MANY well thought out items provided including a playpen that our youngest grandson slept in. They even have beach towels available. I would say it needs a couple extra dish towels.. we found only one in the drawer and it would have been nice to have one or two extra. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE! The view is AMAZING, the deck is FANTASTIC and it was SO GREAT to have the grill upstairs as well as that GORGEOUS fire pit.. the beach is SO CLOSE and the place to rinse off downstairs was AWESOME! We DEFINITELY plan to rent here again! The owner is SUPER RESPONSIVE AND SO EASY TO INTERACT WITH! Can’t say enough GREAT THINGS about the house and Jim! He is an EXEMPLARY HOST!!!

As described

There were 7 adults ranging from 22yrs to 70yrs old. There was plenty of deck space & the house didn't feel crowded. There are about 27 steps on the stairs, easily manageable for the majority of us. Neighborhood is quiet. Beach access is just past the sand dunes with plenty of space. It served us wwll.

I designed and built this house in 2010/2011. The large living/kitchen/deck area was most important to me in the design. I have spent most of my life fishing the area and will be glad to help you with any fishing questions. My family and I love the time we spend at the house and hope you make great memories as we have.

Treasure Island is a very family friendly area that is very quite and safe. On our beaches you won't find loud parties, just families and fisherman enjoying the coast. We have neighborhood security and the Brazoria County Sheriff is very active in the area. Be aware that this is not a neighborhood for late night parties, loud music and disruptive behavior. The local security and sheriff react swiftly to residential complaints.
