Classic Carolina Oceanfront... not many left! Best Deal for oceanfront available! If you want to come and stay ON the beach this is for you. We are located on an uncrowded part of Emerald Isle. This cottage was built in the early 1970s by a lumber mill owner with cypress lumber in and out.

Hardwood flooring with great clean new feel without sacrificing the classic cottage style! Arguably the best deck around. We provide all the linens, you bring your bathing suits.

This is a four bedroom, plus loft, and three full bath home. The beds are two kings, one queen, 2 doubles, and two twins. Five televisions. Large deck with rockers for endless views. Come play and relax. Pick your days... not just Sunday to Sunday! Want eight days... if we have it, you can rent it! It's your vacation. We are flexible with shorter stays. Send an email request.

New for 2020 rental season- roof, decks, sliding doors, flooring, exterior paint
New for 2023 rental season- HVAC, AC paved parking area

This was our second stay here, and it was just as great as our first. The house was clean and perfect for us: grandparents, daughter/husband, 2 grands, 2 dogs. Never felt crowded; easy access to the beach where everyone wanted to be; deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We were able to grill steak and burgers, make our own sausage gravy and biscuits, and everyone slept like babies.

This was the perfect location for our family gathering! There’s more than enough parking if you have folks traveling in from various locations! There’s a great layout of the bedrooms that gave everyone their own space and plenty of bathrooms! There’s also a large gathering space to share meals and socialize! The gorgeous ocean view from the covered porch with easy beach access made it perfect! The host responded promptly to any questions. I would come back here again!

We’ve stayed here two years now and it’s definitely the best for location! We love being able to eat our meals indoors and still see the ocean out the back doors. It’s absolutely perfect for view, beach access for kiddos and grandparents alike! It fits a good number of guests-great for our family beach trips with cousins and grandma. It is old beach charm with an exceptional view but with no frills and showing its wear and tear a bit.

Location, location, location. Rustic and somewhat small for 12 people. So, the location makes up for the small quarters. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Wonderful location. We loved the porch overlooking the beach. We had issues with the air conditioner but the host quickly responded and made the repairs within one hour. Exactly the response we needed. Would recommend this cozy beach house.

We had a wonderful time as a family, enjoying the sun, the sand and the waves. The cottage was well laid out for our needs and the covered deck was wonderful extra space to enjoy sunrises while listening to the sound of the ocean. We highly recommend it for anyone wanting to relax at the beach.

We had a mixed experience at this property. While the location was great, there was no dishwasher, which meant we spent a lot of time cleaning dishes. We also ran into issues with communication regarding the check-in time; we were initially told 5 PM, but were informed after messaging the host that we could arrive after noon, which was too late to adjust our plans. Additionally, the check-out process required us to wash and dry the towels, which significantly delayed our departure and prevented us from enjoying the beach on our final morning.Overall, the pricing was little too high for the amenities and facilities provided.

Loved the oceanfront views from the living room and two of the bedrooms on the main floor. (There are three bedrooms we didn't need on this trip, but would consider coming back with a bigger group.) Long mostly covered deck was great, and loved the private walkway down to the beach directly from the deck. Beach was beautiful, flat, and wide, and the sand was soft but had lots of cool shells to collect. Covered parking to two cars under the house. Can't wait to return!
