Had a great stay. Great views of the ocean. Fast communication from the host. The place was clean and within walking distance of so much. Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived the condo was unbelievably hot and humid even with two fans running it was not enough to be comfortable. I contact Thu the owner and he dropped off a high power fan that helped us be able to stay there. Just know if you are used to air conditioning in the summer this condo does not have it. The view of the beach and pier was awesome. Thu provided extras we rarely find in rentals such as extra paper towels, toilet paper and was very well equipped even had sun screen and hair products. The Resort is beautiful. Reminds me of Hawaii. The weather did cool off in a couple of days but air conditioning would have made it perfect.

Perfect spot for a beach trip! Loved having parking but it's also a great location where you can walk anywhere. It's close to the Oceanside Thursday night market, so many restaurants & shops, and the beach. Check in process was easy, host was responsive, place was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony looking over the ocean was beautiful and the pool at the complex was a really nice bonus. We'll be back!

This unit was perfect for the two of us. The balcony view was stunning and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our host was friendly and super helpful. We'd love to come and stay here again!

15-20 min walk to downtown Oceanside along the beach. Wonderful view of the beach, surfers and pier. Studio comfortable for 2 people. You can hear the ocean with the porch screen door open. Nice pool in complex. Clean.

The stay was great. The condo was the perfect place to relax and hear the waves from the beach. Everything in walking distance to go eat and/or visit. My wife and I would highly recommend this condo. We would stay here again.

We planned a last minute staycation in Oceanside. We searched many condos. We rented this place because of the wonderful view from the balcony. The balcony was nice sized and had 5 high back chairs that were comfortable along with a table that we used to play board games. We relaxed there morning, midday and night. A plus that there was an umbrella attached to the railing.The studio was nice sized for 2 people. It is a quiet area. Loved the free garage parking.The grounds are lovely. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Although they looked very nice.We liked the comfort of the mattress and there was plenty of cabinets and shelving space for our items . Kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, appliances, spices etc. No air conditioning but fans were provided. I would not want to stay here when it is 90 or above. It was cool at night for sleeping. San Diego has had an extremely hot summer and fall. It is not unusual for condos on the beach to not have an AC.The couch and the dining room chairs looked nice but we sank down when sitting in them. I’m glad I brought a cushion to use.We got a good last minute deal plus tourist season was over.I would give this place 4.5 stars if I could. We definitely want to come back again.

Great hosts! Very quick response. Place was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed! The view off the balcony can’t be beat! I will stay again if in then area.

Really nice condo, beautiful view, very close to the beach, easy walk to Oceanside Pier and shops. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella included with stay. Covered parking. Huge swimming pool and hot tubs. Our host had great communications with us.
