AMAZING PLACE FOR THE PRICE CAN'T BEAT IT!!! Perfect location close to everything and even has a parking spot for you. Everyone friendly and they keep the property well maintained. Totally recommend to anyone wanting the Oceanside "vibe"....

Laney, the host, went above and beyond for us. When I could not watch Padre baseball on her system, she ordered a Fire Stick for the TV. Very responsive to messages. The unit was sparkling clean, and comfortable. Recommended.

The unit was super clean and simply decorated. Furnishings are baby/toddler friendly. The unit had mostly everything we needed for our two-week stay. It’s in a great location as well. The host was very communicative and quickly to respond to inquiries.

2 blocks from beach and short walk to downtown Oceanside (nice selection of restaurants, bars, and entertainment). We took the whale watching tour and saw a pod of dolphins. Harbor has fire rings and the start of a nice bike trail going inland. House has everything you need. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Good location to visit Carlsbad.

Great location
This was a great option, clean, convenient, just a couple minute walk to the beach. We would book this space again.

Great for beach vacation
This property is just a block from the beach and within walking distance to the shops, restaurant and pier at Oceanside. Clean and comfortable, this unit provides a great base for a beach vacation.

We are local residents. I grew up here in Oceanside and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who lived there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the entire building into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!
