Completely renovated adorable beach bungalow! 1 bedroom 1 bath with Queen Bed. Also, an exciting sleeping loft for the kids and an ottoman and futon which fold out to twin beds for even more sleeping space. The perfect place for you and the kids or a romantic getaway for you and yours! JUST 1 BLOCK TO THE BEACH!
Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, including coffee machine,dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/range, microwave, & refrigerator with built in water filter. All the cooking utensils you could need!
Recessed lighting throughout, 2 flatscreen HDTV's, and tastefully decorated in coastal decor.
1 car garage with laundry machines and plenty of space to store bikes, surfboards, etc... 1 more parking spot in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street.
Private, quaint, grassy lawn out front with newly added front porch. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the adirondack chairs or on the side patio to catch some sun, BBQ and eat al fresco.

I read every single review when I'm researching a place to stay on VRBO, and this experience was no exception. I'm adding another glowing review and cannot recommend enough. I loved being so close to the beach, I loved the vibe of the house, it was great to have a full kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a front porch and BBQ. I will be back to this amazing pocket in Oceanside!

This was a great space located so close to the beach. The host was very friendly. The unit was so clean! I would definitely stay here again and recommend the spot to other renters.

The property itself is SO cute! It’s within walking distance of the pier and the ocean is a two minute walk. Great location and the host is incredible and so accomadating! I would definitely book again.

Excellent property and host quick to respond. The only negative is the property is close to train tracks and you can hear trains running at night

We are so glad that you liked our property so much! We strive to make it clean and comfortable for our guests. As far as the trains...Welcome to the beach in San Diego! The tracks run along the coast so if you want to visit the beach...embrace the rail and utilize it! We are located walking distance to the train station where you can hop on and go all the way to downtown San Diego while enjoying the beautiful coastal views! And lucky for us...Our neighborhood is located in a "Quiet Zone" so the trains do not blow their horns :)

Great pet-friendly property. Clean and well appointed. Perfect for our needs. Our only criticism was the bed. Seemed a little soft and concave in the middle and in need of replacing.

We loved it here! We felt like it was our own place. Everything was so amazing. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, awesome front porch, fun loft, and quiet neighborhood. So close to the beach! We want to make it a yearly trip! Thankyou so much for sharing with us!

This bungalow did not disappoint! The owner is communicative and was super quick to answer any questions. The location is beyond perfect with a market and coffee shop right down the street and the beach about 2 blocks away. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this cute house. It has everything we needed along with a great location. I was looking for some beach time and it was just down the street hopefully we'll make it back shine time soon.

A great stay, the cottage had everything we needed, and the house was very clean and easy. It is in a nice quiet area just around the block from the beach walk. Great for an evening walk. We felt very safe, and the neighbors were very nice. Our host was very helpful although there wasn’t much needed as everything was very clear and easy.

This beach bungalow was perfect for our retreat. It’s close to the beach where we enjoyed many walks and a beautiful sunset both nights we were there. It’s also very close to the Oceanside pier and we were happily surprised to come across a Thursday night street fair. It was great. The place was comfortable, comfortable enough for us to spend time doing quiet work, and it’s located in a neighborhood with plenty of people out and about walking dogs. It is very close to the train, which you will hear while you’re there. Overall, it’s a very lovely and beautiful place to be.

Lovely stay

What a lovely home in a perfect location. Quaint front yard and cozy indoor spaces. Close, easy, and beautiful walk to the pier along the water. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for the home away from home.

Great location for lots of activities. Good food and loved walking to the Oceanside pier everyday.

Good and fit just what we needed. Great location easy to get to Oceanside and Carlsbad as well. Going back next year!!

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who live there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!
