1st floor walk-up condo beautifully decorated in sandy neutrals! Private balcony with limited ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen, including Granite Counter Tops, a full-size microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small wine bar stocked with essentials. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! Beautiful tile flooring throughout!

IOP Beach Vacation 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled to return to the Sea Cabins at the Isle of Palms for a relaxing beach getaway. Other than the heat wave, it was fabulous; however, with one years past, we have brought more than one car, and were able to park in the Sea Cabins parking lot. This year, we were not allowed to do that. My daughter, who is orthopaedically impaired, had to pay daily parking of $33/day, and then $36 on the Saturday before we were to leave ( an expense that was not necessary). Needless to say, because of that, we may not be returning to Sea Cabins in the future. I heard that other people staying at the Sea Cabins have the same problem. This is something that needs to be accommodated for future renters during their vacation time...

Perfect Spot!

Great place. Clean and comfortable and literally steps from the pool, beach, restaurants and shopping. Came for a graduation and it was the perfect location for home base. Would definitely come back!

Clean and Easy

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities to make the vacation relaxed and stress-free. Access to the beach was very convenient with many nice bars and restaurants very close.

Condo was just what we were looking for, right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise was a plus.

Better than the photo gallery

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely appointed unit with tons of little extra touches that made the unit so comfortable. Beach chairs and boogie boards and beach mats, fully equipped kitchen with utensils you would not expect in a rental. Great unobstructed view of the ocean. Near the stairs but not too close to make it noisy.

When the listing said ocean view and you really have a view of the parking lot with a sliver of ocean on the horizon. This was misleading. mostly the unit was clean and while small was comfortable Need to get a regulas size coffee pot.

Nice cozy rental on oceanfront

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we walked into the condo, my first impression is that is modern, cozy, neat and was clean throughout....except for the smell. It was an unique sour was the smell of MOLD! I called maintenance and they came out immediately. While we were out the wall was cleaned but the air vent was still back inside. The smell was embedded in the rental. We really loved our stay but would recommend a thorough mold cleaning. Would recommend to others only if mold problem was completely resolved.

Fun in the Sun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our place! Seating inside was comfortable, kitchen equipment was nice, and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our place! When the tide came up, we could hit the pool and still enjoy our days. Acme is our favorite to have meals, and we found it best to make reservations for the night(s) ahead of time so you do not have to wait over an hour for your delicious meal. Be sure to pick up shrimp at Simmons Seafood for your own shrimp boil! Our only complaint was that we were unable to check in at the quoted time, but were able to get to our property around 4:30 due to housekeeping issues. This was only a minor delay and did not affect us terribly. It would also be helpful to have a tv listing guide handy so that guests could find channels easily. We would highly recommend this rental to our friends.
