Perfectly located in the heart of Old Town only steps away from Park City Mountain Resort, Main Street, and the bus station with access to all the city's free bus routes. Enjoy high quality craftsmanship and opulent surroundings in this comfortable ski getaway. This house features porch adjacent to kitchen that overlooks Park City and the lower level has an entertainment room with 80” TV. Sonos in home sound system. Kitchen is on the main level complete with hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and large granite countertops, and breakfast bar. Downstairs couch has a pull out bed and could allow up to 10 people. Sleeps 8-10. Brand new full size hot tub for 2017.

Fantastic location, great spaces for kids, lacking "luxury."

We had a great stay! The host and manager were both very responsive, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to skiing and a manageable walk to downtown Park City. Our kids loved having their own space to hang out separate from the adults; the basement is perfect for kids, and the hot tub was a hit after long days of skiing.The home was cozy, though it could use a bit of TLC and isn't exactly luxurious. We did have an issue with a shower drain that didn't drain, but the maintenance guy was quick to respond and tried to help as best as he could.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place for families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Good Location, Could Use Improvement

The home’s location is great. The property could have used a better cleaning - the towels were sour and the bathrooms were not up to par. The property owner also was difficult to reach and did not seem interested in being helpful when various issues came up, including when the garage code for our check-in didn’t work so we were left standing in the driveway with our bags for over an hour with no response. We’d appreciate more attention to detail next time. If that happened, we’d give this place five stars.

Great place and location

Beautiful house. Lots of room and the bottom floor air jockey and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the adults. Would definitely stay again. The owner was awesome and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Perfect location

Great location between the mountain and old town, easy to walk either way. Very comfy place with a good kitchen for cooking family meals. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

This house has the perfect location for skiing and access to downtown Park City. The host, Susan and the property manager Chris were both very responsive. The house is in need of some repairs and possible a deep clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Family Thanksgiving 2023

Overall, the property was fine and we enjoyed the radiant heating in the floors, especially the garage and drive way. Since we were traveling and visiting for Thanksgiving, we would have appreciated a better selection of kitchen utensils, even the hand can opener was unfunctional. Suggestions for property maintenance: 1) Ceiling paint 'bulging' over sink in 2nd floor bathroom located in the master bedroom, potentially indicating water leak from level above 2) French door on the bottom level walkout to hot tub is warped. When fully closed and locked there are noticeable air gaps allowing cold air into basement level. 3) Sonos system not available on house home wifi network - likely needs to be reset to match new modem / wifi network passwords

Birthday ski week

The house is very nice. It's a walk to the ski slopes - but not too long. It's also a walk into town - but again - not too long and good for burning off the big dinners! Every room has it's own bathroom - which is a huge bonus. Hot tub is great!

Spring Break Trip

The house is unreal. We have 5 of us staying there and each of us had our own bed/bathroom which was great. If you are planning to ski, this is the perfect location. Definitely would stay here again if we ever go back. Susan (owner) and Chris (property Mgr) were both very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!!!

Great house in great location

We had two families with 5 kids ranging from 17 to 11 years old. The house fit us all comfortably. We were worried that the kitchen/living area would be too small but we were all able to fit in the space comfortably and enjoy eating and watching the super bowl. The hot tub was hot and ready to go and we even used the grill to cook some steaks. The house is about a ten minute walk to the Park City base which made it easy for us to go back and forth to the mountain. Some of our group also walked to main street for food and shopping. The area is a bit hilly/steep so take that into consideration if you are planning to walk into town. This a great property for a group looking to ski Park City.

Good location, healthy walk after skiing if the snow is not up to par. If renting your equipment from Legacy sports, they have a free overnight check.

Great House

Great house. Lots of room. Family loved it. Location is good. If you are skiing, it’s half way between Park City main entrance and Town lift. Good access to buses on Park Ave. Note there are several flights of steps up to the house from Park. It’s a good work out. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again.

Great home, great location!

Wonderful home and our young adult "kids" especially loved the location and the hot tub :-). Being able to walk to the slopes and also ski "home" at the end of the day was super fun for them and also being so close to all that downtown Park City has to offer. We recommend it!

Absolutely amazing!

We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with friends and family. From the minute we walked in until we left we felt at home. All top notch! The hot tub, the air hockey table, the furnishings were all amazing! A short walk to the lift and a few more into town! The communication with the owner was great, our requests were taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will see you again Park City!

Great space for families

We did our annual family Christmas gathering here and the house was great! Location to skiing and space for all ages. Property manager was very responsive to questions.
