Located on beautiful and peaceful Silver Creek just 20 minutes from the Disney parks, our villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms,( two ensuite) large pool and jacuzzi, which are not overlooked at the rear. Wireless broadband, games room with full size pool table, cable t.v. DVD, fully fitted kitchen and air-conditioning.
All towels and bed linen are provided.

Great stay

Had an Amazing time during a week stay. There was 12 of us and everyone had a great stay and had enough space to themselves.

Disney Vacation

This location was an excellent home to relax and retreat in after long walks at Disney. Ample space for 2 families to share with 5 accomidating bedrooms. The owner was fabulous at communicating to be sure we had everything we needed to get in before arriving

Our stay was wonderful. House had everything we needed. Was close to everything. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. Beds were quite comfortable, especially after a 40 hour drive. Would definately recommend. wineed to

Great house and owner!

We absolutely LOVED the house! It was perfect for us and the pool was glorious! The house was clean and beautiful. Owner was very accommodating when our flight got delayed. Location was fantastic and close to Disney. Would love to stay here again!!

The communication process with the owner was very effective. House was very clean, pool area is nice and private. Area feels very safe. We will be back !

This was a great place to stay with a pool close to Disney. 30 min to MK or AK. All on one floor. Everything a family of 9 needed… Walmart delivers!

Great vacation!

The response time asking questions and communicating about the property was immediate! The location was great- close to everything we needed! The house was spotless and roomy. Having a heated pool was extra nice! And bunk beds made it very convenient for our boys! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely loved the house, definitely felt like your own! The neighbor was rude and unpleasant but the house itself was amazing! Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house

The house was amazing!! There were just 2 small cosmetic things to be fixed like a loose door handle on the fridge, but that was the worst part. I judge a house also by the beds... they were great!! I will be staying again. Thank you for your wonderful home.

Fun, fun, fun!!!

It was exceptionally clean upon arrival, which we were most thankful for. Paul was wonderful to do business with, always with a quick response to our questions. This home met our needs completely, and facilitated us having a real fun, memorable time in Florida!

Perfect stay!

Incredible experience! This was our first Vrbo stay. Start to finish, things could not have been easier. The owner Paul was very attentive during booking. We had no issues during our stay but I’m quite sure they would have been dealt with as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub were the biggest blessing on off days and after long days at the park. Thank you for your hospitality Paul! We will certainly stay here again.

20-30 mins from Disney

Quiet neighborhood is nice. Plenty of room in house. Limited house supplies though. Needed to pick up trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent since there were either none or no extras available. Not what I'm accustomed to from other VRBO's.

Nice home - Close to everything - 5 stars

Property was just like the pictures. Tv, living room furniture, and dining room table were all very new. Wifi was excellent, speed 200 mps or so, coverage was very good outside by the pool. Pool was clean, the heat for the spa was excellent. Plenty of deck furniture. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions before and during the stay. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Conveniently located

Great place to stay if you are planning a Disney World/Universal vacation. It's conveniently located to both parks. The house had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed using the pool each evening after exploring the parks and beaches. We didn't need to reach the owner but he reached out to us to ensure we knew he was available. Easy keyless entry. Nice quiet neighborhood. Grocery store and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay for 11

The bunk bed room really needs a fan. It gets quite hot. The house temp was on the warm side. The bunk beds are squeaky. The couch was big and comfy. There was enough hot water for all 11 of us and do laundry. The dishwasher does not clean dishes. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

My wife Elaine and I live in the north west of England in St Helens, probably most famous these days as a rugby league town. We have been married for 30 years and have 2 children, Rachel and Michael. We are both employed in education and have enjoyed many years providing opportunities for young people to succeed.
We bought our villa in 2004 and enjoy very much out time over there. We are always delighted with the positive comments from our guests.

We chose to buy our villa because we had previously stayed in the area and really enjoyed our stay. It is a very peaceful location and the grounds and public areas are well looked after and they are very attractive. When you arrive in Silver Creek you can't help being impressed with the beauty of the place. Even better is the
Ovation. Disney is close by as are many restaurants and supermarkets.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The peace and quiet allows you to relax in a beautiful environment and just a few minutes drive you can play golf at the many courses in the area. There are courses for all types of golfer. The gorgeous Lake Louisa provides an opportunity to see nature up close. The lake itself is enormous and you can canoe on the lake, fish, and see such a variety do wildlife.
We are very proud of our villa and we have worked hard to make it a home from home. The pool area is very relaxing and is not overlooked at the rear. There are nice green bushes providing privacy from the neighbouring villas and behind there are no other villas backing on to ours.
The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We are certain that anyone who stays there will enjoy the tranquility and comfort of our beautiful villa.
