Are you coming to Seaside looking for an unobstructed oceanfront recently updated close to town & everywhere you want to be - condo for up to 6 guests? This is the unit is for you! This beautiful condo has new living room furniture, new flooring, recently painted, and new decor throughout the unit. Condo 501 is located on top floor of the promenade condominiums. 2-bedroom, 2 bath w/pull-out sofa sleeper. Tastefully coastal decor and new furnishings make for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped with kitchen furnished for 6 guests. The master bedroom has king bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom has double sinks and a jetted spa tub and separate walk-in shower. In your 2nd bedroom, you will have a queen bed and a full bathroom located just across the hallway with shower/tub combo. In the living room you will have a gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and an unobstructed ocean view from your dining room, kitchen, and living room. Full size Washer/Dryer located in the laundry room. Cable & Complementary Wi-Fi throughout the unit for your stay.

Balcony with 2 chairs & table overlooking the promenade and a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Walk along the prom and you can shop, eat, or enjoy several options of entertainment. All within walking distance of your private unit. This building also has off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit.

The location of the property is perfect for walking into Seaside, walking on the beach and it's views. Beds were comfortable, parking and check-in were good. We need to be honest about the condition of the condo as it was "relatively" clean but several things need attention. The rugs in both bathrooms had not been washed for our stay. The vent over the toilet in the master bedroom is black (gross) and needs to be cleaned. The ceiling is peeling in the hall bath. The large living room windows and screens are very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned for quite a while as with the large dining room and kitchen windows.

Great location!! Check in was perfect. Nice condo. Very clean. Kitchen was ok (pots and pans not in good shape). One of the sinks in the master bath backs up.

Great condo on the beach!

Great place to stay in Seaside; super clean, updated with all the necessary amenities, quiet, spectacular view of ocean and quick walk to shops,restaurants, etc. Sharon and Lisa were both very responsive to any queries, etc. Would love to come back to stay again!

Location, Location, Location!

We had a lovely stay. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The bedding is super soft and dreamy. The living room fireplace was our favorite spot. A views, OMG! Loved the short walk to shopping & restaurants. Both bathrooms were the only disappointment. They were both clean and functional but could definitely use an update. This would not stop me from booking again. Can’t wait for our next visit.

What a View

This top floor unit offered a lovely view that stretched from Tillamook Head to Fort Stevens State Park. The sunsets were spectacular and made our stay memorable.

Great condo - great location!

This was such an exceptional location - easy to walk everywhere, beautiful unit, wonderful views right on the beach. Parking was great, and we really appreciated having the luggage carts and elevator to get to the top floor! LOVED IT - we'll definitely stay here again on our next long weekend in Seaside! I really didn't want to leave!

marvelous ocean view!

I came with my two daughters to celebrate two birthdays! The condo was perfect for us…the ocean view was fabulous! Loved the decor and location. Beds were comfy cozy…slept like a lamb! We will definitely be back!

Great building and property, management problem

Our stay was great The condo is beautiful and it was nice and clean and the location is amazing. The reason I gave it lower stars in my rating is because of the property management company. There are a few people who work there that are not professional and can be rude at times. It made a damper for our vacation ending and just something that could have been avoided and not a nice way to end our stay. Also this has happened before when we stayed in this property. We have stayed at this building for over 15 years. The management used to be nicer and helpful. Now they pick out problems with those who stay in the building and used communication that was not professional.

Great Week

A great flat. Larger than average and a lot of opportunities for privacy. Small deck overlooking the promenade which is worth the trip alone. The property manager, Lisa, is located nearby and will do whatever it takes to make the trip perfect. Property maintenance is good. Being on the top floor gives a beautiful view of the ocean.
