Perfect for couples &/or small families. Tastefully decorated and very clean. New King bed in bedroom with all new linens, blankets and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen/ laundry room and a gas fireplace. Balcony overlooking the ocean is a perfect spot to sit and admire the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and our charming town. Private parking and an elevator add to the convenience of this location. Never worry about finding parking for your vehicle and the condo is within walking distance for dining/shopping/clamming/beach combing and just wandering around the city.

Beautiful views , super clean, comfy bed.

We loved this condo! So close to the beach which was perfect for our young kiddos going in and out a million times a day. Perfect beach views. Super comfy and clean bed. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Can wait to come back!

Great unit, and the bed is fantastic. Only problems were minor, like the broom not having a dustpan, a window at the entry missing a blind, and small stuff like that. But incredible view, close to everything, very spacious unit, and a small little deck.

A quick get away.

We had all the various types of weather. We snow, hail and all the various kinds of rain, then a sunset. The view from the condo was perfect for all of this. Everything was within walking distance.

Great Spring Break Getaway

This is our second time staying in the Promenade Condos in Seaside, Oregon, and it was wonderful! So good, in fact, we booked a stay in July with our grandkids. The location is spectacular and the condo was clean and well cared for. We hope to return next spring as well!

Amazing View from Condo!

Very clean, uncluttered, had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. It really needs a new, firm, king bed! WiFi needs help! We did enjoy our stay.

wonderful beachfront apartment

Beautiful 1 bedroom/2bath apt with full kitchen on the boardwalk, 2 blocks to all the restaurants and shops. Third floor with great views of the beach/ocean. Spent plenty of time reading out on the balcony. No AC but cool ocean breezes were amazing. Ample parking. Full size washer and dryer right in apt were incredibly convenient. check in and check out were easy.

Perfect Vrbo Experience

My wife and I had never done a Vrbo rental before and this one was a great first experience! The location was great with the condo facing the Promenade and having a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was also close to all of the shops and restaurants, which was a plus. A prior review had complained about the bed but the mattress has since been replaced and we slept like a dream. There was a dedicated (numbered) parking spot for each condo in the building so that you didn't have to search for an open place to park. The unit had virtually everything we needed to be comfortable, including a dedicated WIFI for that unit. During our stay we had a couple of questions and communicated with the management via Vrbo messaging. Their responses were very quick and we appreciated that. Seaside is our "happy place" and we plan on returning to this property!

Absolutely wonderful in every way but one

We loved this condo. It was very spacious and clean and had the most amazing view of the beach. It was a block away from downtown Seaside. The fireplace was nice, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. Both bathrooms were clean and full sized. The only complaint is the King sized bed. While it looked nice and was the size we wanted, the mattress itself was not comfortable. It was way too soft and had impressions in it where people normally sleep. As a result my neck and my husband's back were extremely sore after three nights sleeping on it. We treated ourselves to a nice stay at this condo and for the price we paid, you really should have a nicer bed. Also, the outdoor foot wash did not work. Other than that, we loved our stay there. We would stay here again if they upgraded the bed

Great location! Beach view, very clean condo. Walking distance to everything. Assigned, off street parking is a huge plus during Fouth of July week. Highly recommend!
