Completely furnished and well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen w/ washer & dryer, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, jetted spa tub, and flat screen t.v's. Balcony facing the ocean, promenade, down town and the turn around. Watch the passers by and breathe the beautiful salty air. This condo is one of the nicest on the prom. 1000 sq. feet and very spacious. Sleeps 6

Condo is in a great location with stellar ocean view. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Host’s instructions were easy to understand to gain access to the unit. Very comfortable beds. Condo close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay again.

Great View of the Ocean

We loved being close to the beach, but the pictures don’t show that it’s nearly half a mile to the ocean itself. We loved having the windows open to let the breeze in, until the campfires on the beach introduced at significant amount of smoke. The condo is really close to a lot of the downtown attractions, making an easy walk to the Aquarium and other features. Make sure to ask which parking spot is yours, because they didn’t mark them with unit numbers and you need to know which ones are yours (our instructions didn’t come with that info and I had to contact the office). It was just me and my mom, so we were very comfortable, but it would fit more people than that comfortably. We left before we were done seeing everything in Seaside and the surrounding area, so we definitely want to go back!

JUST LIKE HOME WITHOUT THE OCEAN

Lisa & Sharon went above & beyond (short of doing the ‘make the rain’ dace go away ). It was a beautiful condoThat we all fell in love with. I especially loved the gas fireplace. & planned to get one as soon as budget allows.We all had a GREAT TIME & can’t wait to return & stay again. Lisa & Sharon were great HOSTS & we can’t wait to stay again there.

Spectacular!

Our stay was amazing! The property was much nicer than it had looked in the pictures: a perfect surprise. The 3rd floor property had a spectacular view of the ocean. No need to even go outside when the ocean is right there. But going out was perfect also: right on the beach, at the prom, the location was perfectly central. A great stay in every way.

Great place - awesome management

This home was perfect for us, great furnishings, excellent beds, wonderful kitchen & amenities and an incredible view. We initially had a minor issue with wifi, called Lisa who explained what we needed to do, un-plug router … wait a minute then plug back in, just like what we do at home. Will defenitely come back here again in 2 months.

Great location, great condo

I love the Promenade!!! We stay here every year for the last five-six years and enjoy it every time. The only thing I could say is that since checkin is after 4:00 pm, that if the cleaning crew could leave the shades pulled down half way, it would help keep the condo cooler

Relaxing!

This space was just what we needed to get away for a bit and relax. It's clean, quiet, spacious and has a great view. Easy access to everything; its quite ideal.

Our experience......

The unit is magnificent.....spacious and well equipped with lovely view. Would certainly stay there again. Need to have info about keys check in etc. in a better fashion. After much stress did find someone very helpful and were able to get in at 11:00 PM. Overall rating is for the unit not for the difficulties getting in.

We had a great time, property was so relaxing. So much nicer than a hotel room. Made our own meals, enjoyed Seaside, Beach Club Bar, Bridge Tender. We pushed buttons and enjoyed cocktails with the locals. We will be back😉😉
