Spacious Flat with Plunge Pool in Las Catalinas Beach Town
The Flats on Avenida la Antigua are the first of its kind. Less than 100 meters from the beach at Playa Danta, life in the “Flats” will be incomparable to any other!
With most units having their own private entrances and gardens, the flats are better described as private single-story homes. Located in the heart of beach town and amongst the homes of the town founders, the flats are less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The Flats offers an affordable alternative to a single family home, while still providing you with amazing amenities and luxuries.
18 Avenida la Antigua is a beautiful two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of the flats building with a nice little fountain in the main entrance. This apartment has the best combination of casual-chic; is spacious and comfortable with beautiful details to enjoy.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom as well as A/C and the guest bedroom with a queen bed has a private bathroom also with A/C for extra privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the living room, seat in the cozy couch reading a book or simply enjoy the company of your friends and family.
18 Avenida la Antigua has a great terrace with a private swimming pool to dip in during the hot summers days or simply to get a tan with a cool drink on the sun lounges.
Guests can optionally purchase access to The Beach Club for $15 plus taxes per person per day. This is payable at the property.
Our Concierge Service will help you plan your exciting vacation prior to your arrival; they will coordinate your transportation from the airport as well as help you organize any other service like car rental, spa treatments and tour reservations; we make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. For those nights you want to have a special dinner we are able to coordinate a Gourmet Chef. We also have trails for hiking or Mountain Bike and a great restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything in Las Catalinas is walking distance! Is a town like no other!

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.
