Overpriced & substandard

We were very disappointed with the state of our condo. Pillows very worn and dirty( we had to purchase new ones for the bed) Towels & facecloths thin. Only 1 dish cloth & 1 tea towel . ?? Only 4 glasses Living room carpet filthy, vacuum available was useless . There was nothing available to wash the floor with. There was no Fob available upon check in. We waited 10 days before we finally got one The patio table and one chair was broken , we notified Sofia upon arrival, the chair was removed, we ended up fixing the table. We are very disappointed with VRBO I thought there would be a higher standard ! We feel we way overpaid for what we got and want a refund ! I have pictures to suport my claims!

Great location in nice ground level unit ,

Good location and nice unit. However, property not as clean as we expected. Also, no cable TV.

Nice location in quiet setting

The property is in a nice apartment village with a lovely pool area that is well maintained. It is sparsely furnished. The linens are pretty worn but clean. The kitchen is minimally equipped but adequate except for no toaster. The door to the washer closet needs repair and the blinds in the bedroom don’t work. Overall, the property met our needs and we would stay there again despite the above concerns.

Owner never responds to concerns

We've rented from Sofia for four years and with each year, when you have issues or questions, she will not respond. Once she has your money, that's it The condo is in a great location, and that's what we liked about it It was very hard to great my damage deposit back also Won't rent from her ever again

nice unit but could have some improvements

Unit was nice but some items would be good. 1: Having an Umbrella for out side patio. It is full on sun up to about 2pm. Cannot really sit out there if you want shade. 2: Owners upstairs being a bit less noisy. (Grand parents are taking care of 2.5 year old son) Sophia respond quickly to the in app mailing system so that is nice.

Clean, great location and convenient

The condo is situated in a very nice quiet community with a lovely walking path around the lakes. Across the lake are some great restaurants and retail and grocery. The condo is just steps from the pool and the clubhouse. It is well stocked with the essentials and has a large flat screen TV. This was our second year at this condo and we are planning on returning again next year. Sofia is very accommodating and nice to work with.

Excellent time!, perfect location!

We stayed for two weeks in this nice ground floor condo. It had a perfect location for us, since it is in front of the pool and club house. The community is quiet and very secure. We enjoyed daily walks around the beautiful lake.

We enjoyed the stay very much-very handy for visiting family in Chandler. The condo was very clean and quiet and comfortable. We had some trouble tuning the television (minor problem) and logging onto the WiFi (larger problem, but not unsurmountable). Could have used another chair in the living area. We will plan to stay again when we visit granddaughters.

Great location. Fun time.

Me and the wife spent a week n this recently renovated unit. We got everything we needed. You can't beat the location of this ground floor unit, in front of the heated pool (which we enjoyed during our stay). The owner (Sofia) was very nice and helped with all our questions. The complex has a very nice lake with restaurants on the other end. I will stay here again, no doubt.

Perfect location!, by the pool and guest house

Me and my wife stayed in this condo while visiting our son that lives in the Chandler area. Everyday we enjoyed coffee at the balcony and took walks by the lake. The location was perfect for us. We were just a couple of steps from the pool, and found good dinning options at a walking distance. Sofia helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions. We would love to stay there again.
