Penthouse 301 is a spacious, upscale 2 bedroom condominium located in the Plaza Building located at the front entrance area of Ocean Club West Resort, which has been ranked as one of the Top 25 Caribbean Resorts by Travel & Leisure magazine, and has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence for 2020 by Trip Advisor. Our condominium places you within a 3 - 4 minute walk of the CondeNaste and Trip Advisor #1 ranked beach in the world - Grace Bay Beach.

While staying at the Plaza Building PH #301 you will have access to the free form pool, beach & pool chairs, tennis courts, the fitness center and restaurants located at Ocean Club West Resort.

PH 301 has recently installed a new flat screen TV with cable hook-up (112 channels), as well as free wifi (within the suite).

Great condo

Our stay add ocean club West Plaza was great. The condo is located close to the beach, close to a grocery store and close to restaurants. I would stay here again.

Amazing place to relax and recharge

What an amazing place and best is location with everything you need close by.The Beach in 2 min walking distance with amazing views, great Customer service by resort..Highly recommend this spacious Penthouse and will be back soon to exact same location

This was our second year staying at this lovely property. We love the location, convenient to everything including restaurants, grocery store, and even the golf course. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay as always. Highly recommended.

Great help

The manager went way above and beyond for us trying to hunt down missing luggage ( long story). Very nice stay. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse in Turks and Caicos! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the main strip of restaurants and shops was nearby, making it super convenient for dining and exploring. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing around the pool when the beach was a bit windy. It was a fantastic spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Turks and Caicos!

Best Location!

We enjoyed our stay with access to the resort pool, beach and restaurant. There are also several coffee shops, restaurants and stores very close by which was great for our short stay.

Fantastic stay in paradise!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We were in town for a wedding at The Grace Bay Club that was super close. The property manager Earlene was awesome. Would certainly stay here again!

Gorgeous property! Family friendly, walkable

We’ll be back! The Plaza at Oceans Club West was perfect for our group! We went with family friends and our host was able to help us find another unit on the same floor for them as well. It was walkable to so many great restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. Oceans Club West was fantastic! The pool was great and the restaurant, Solana, had some of the best food we had while we were there. The unit was clean, and had what we need for the time we were there.

Perfect island and perfect condo

Condo was perfect for our family. Location was great. We could walk to grocery store, bars and restaurants. The beach and pool at Ocean Club West is very nice.

The unit is clean and comfortable, it's super close to the beach and restaurants, and management is terrific. Just perfect, don't hesitate to book - you'll be glad you did.

The property was great, it was a great location, the host and the property manager were both wonderful. The resort amenities and restaurants were also great. We would definitely stay at the location again.

Awesome location

This apartment was super close to everything including beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Very spacious for 4 people. We had access to the resort and the walk was not far. Checkin was very well organized and the information we received very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd time at the Ocean Ckub West

As always it's a great place. Close to shops and restaurants. Beach is clean and perfect. Pool is fantastic Reaort is always quiet you'd would think your the only one there at times. Having a balcony this year was an added plus. We will be back again.

Great location!

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and we had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything stated in the listing. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance from the resort. Would definitely recommend!

Great casual place

The location was excellent, the two bedroom condo was clean, having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the pool and beaches areas were uncrowded and very comfortable.

Awesome location!

This was the perfect place for our stay on Grace Bay with our 2 adult and 2 teenage children. Plenty of space and close to everything. Our daughters really enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Great unit and location

The condo is as pictured, clean and comfortable. Location can not be beat as you are in the heart of Grace Bay. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach towels. We walked to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Plenty of chairs at the pool and beach and having the restaurant onsite was convenient for drinks and food. Kids enjoyed using the tennis courts. Great vacation and great place at a good price.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our short visit. Rosemarie and Earlene communicated well throughout. The condo location is terrific, as part of OCW. Clean and quiet. A few easy updates and supplies would make this destination even better. We would definitely stay again!
