The condo and facility was clean and exactly as expected. The only issue we encountered was the dryer not drying clothes even after multiple cycles and settings.

So peaceful!

Such a great area! Easy to get to the beach and the pool was never full! Beautiful view from the balcony and wonderful place on the inside!

Perfect location and place to stay!

We were staying in the area for the first time and this place was perfect! We actually were able to get it a day early and so grateful for that! We got to watch the dolphins, enjoy the spectacular view from the 5 floor and workout and pool area. Fantastic and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great family vacation!

Great property. Very clean, good air conditioning, has everything a family needs. Good balcony furniture as well. Comfortable king beds! Better shower water pressure in the master bathroom.

Great condo and location!

We loved location of property! Saw dolphins on numerous occasions! Condo extremely clean. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definately come back to stay again.

The condo was the best we've ever stayed in for a vacation. It was equipped with every single thing you could possibly need in the kitchen. The hot tub outside wasn't working for the first few days which was disappointing, but they got it fixed and it was really nice to relax in the hot tub since we had cold weather during our stay. All around a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely be going back!

Can’t say enough

This property was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Easy access to the beach. Pool cleaned and kept up daily. It was sad to leave!!

Best Condo Ever!

When you go on vacation, you can guarantee that you’re aren’t going to be fully satisfied with where you’re staying. There’s always a catch. I’m telling you, this was the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. It’s up to date, great location, and even the beds were comfortable! Overall, I was truly impressed and will definitely be back! 10/10, would recommend!

Even better in person but could use some upgrades to bedding and locks on doors.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Decorated so cute and has an amazing view from the 5th floor. The bedding kept coming off of the beds as well as the mattress protector, maybe invest in deeper sheets/straps to keep everything on - it was a fight every time we laid in the beds. The locks on the doors were such an issue especially with kids.

Owner sent a text our second day and I mentioned the two issues and they sent someone right away to fix the drain. The ice maker didn’t ever make enough ice and we had to buy ice every day for our cooler since there wasn’t an ice machine on property..

Great location

This condo was in a great location. Lots to do nearby and lots of good restaurants! Proximity to the beach was wonderful! However this particular condo was not the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The beds were not not the most comfortable, there was a layer of mold all around the washer seal, the jets in the tub were moldy, the porch light had a short in it leaving it flashing all night…the attention to detail was lacking in this particular unit. Location was wonderful so that made up for it, but we would likely not choose this condo again.

Beachfront, Easy Access, Clean, Quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for 7 women. We booked for a bachelorette weekend. Several restaurants within walking distance and the boardwalk is a few minutes walk down the beach. Pool was great, the beach was easy to get to and wasn't as busy as the beach in Destin. The traffic is a nightmare trying to go over the bridge to the grocery store so keep that in mind. AJ's across the street has live music and great margaritas. Super fun. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, full size washer and dryer. Zero complaints. Would stay here again.

Great Condo

I was very happy with my stay in this condo. It is just like it is described. I arrived very early and as I was pulling in I got a call from Ron and said the air conditioning had gone out. I explained I had just pulled in and had planned on going to the beach since check in was not until 3pm. He informed me that he is in the unit and had pulled all the drapes to keep it cool and would comp me our first night's stay since we would have no air conditioning. It was fixed as promised early the next day. The unit has great views of the beach, all the staff were great. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.
